Re: Zero Season 3 is back again with its latest installment of the anime, and episode 10 offers fans nothing but excitement. The latest episode of Re: Zero season 3 goes into the status at the City Hall and even focuses on Subaru’s and Priscilla’s battles with their own Archbishops. Subaru is also getting really close to unraveling Regulus’ weaknesses, while Priscilla’s weakness may have been determined by Sirius.

2. Re: Zero Season 3 Episode 10 Recap
Episode 10 of Re: Zero season 3 started with the scene at the City Hall, where the Archbishop of Lust had shown up. Felix was quite agitated at Capella Emerada for what she had done to Crusch, but he chose to remain calm and tried to find out how to heal Crusch by talking to Capella. It turned out Capella had no idea how to reverse the effect of the dragon’s blood on Crusch’s body. Things were as horrible as they could be, however, it was revealed that the Crusch lying on the bed was actually Anastasia, who had disguised as Crusch.
It would turn out Anastasia had some battle-oriented powers after all, so she blasted Capella into a trap that led to an underground sewer where she had to face Aldebaran, who was quite tilted at the entire situation. Meanwhile, the battle between Regulus and Reinhard was still going on. Nothing Reinhard did could actually kill Regulus, though. While everyone was trying to figure out Regulus’ weakness, Reinhard got blasted really far away by one of his attacks, which kept Emilia and Subaru vulnerable for a while. The battle took an interesting turn here at this point, as Regulus picked up water and threw it at Emilia and Subaru (this is indeed an attack, which was also animated using CGI).
Emilia froze the remnants of water on the ground from Regulus’ attack, on which she and Subaru started ice skating to evade Regulus’ water attacks. This part of their spar is actually hilarious but also really exciting, so we urge you to watch the episode to find out how it turned out. Eventually, Reinhard rejoined the battle, and later, Subaru managed to figure out the nature of Regulus’ authority with Emilia’s help. Apparently, all the Archbishops had names related to stars, but Subaru has not revealed much about this in the current episode.
Their battle reached a temporary pause after Reinhard, who figured out that Regulus did not have a heartbeat, got flung upward at a really high speed. It’d take him quite a while to get back, during which Subaru would have to face him alone. When they finally had to fight each other, Subaru told Regulus that he knew he had the ability to stop his own time whenever he pleased, and this made him make the most shocked face that he has ever made throughout the series.
Meanwhile, Priscilla and Liliana were pitted against Sirius, who started using her authority against Liliana from the get-go. Priscilla then passionately kissed Liliana and used her ability to have her dispelled. Right after this, they got into an intense fight, during which Sirius struck one of Priscilla’s nerves by saying, “Iris and the Thorn King”. The viewers certainly don’t know what is going on here but this will likely be explained in the subsequent episodes.
3. What To Expect In Episode 11 of Re: Zero Season 3?
In Episode 11 of Re: Zero, we will likely know how Subaru deduced Regulus’ ability. Although his ability is known, one could hardly do much about an ability that can stop time, so we also need Subaru to explain his counterattack. There are many things to keep in mind, too: Reinhard is still in the air, the battle between Aldebaran still hasn’t commenced, and we still do not know much about Garfiel’s situation.
The next episode will also likely reveal why Priscilla was shocked by what Sirius said, and we will likely get an explanation for this. Lastly, Otto, who was tasked with acquiring the tome of wisdom by Anastasia, is yet to get his hands on the book, so we may get to see him in action, if he hasn’t already been harmed by Gluttony.

Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World is a Japanese light novel series written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka.
The plot is based on Subaru Natsuki, the protagonist who gets sucked into a fantasy world on his way home from the convenience store. He gets attacked by a group of thugs and is beaten to a pulp immediately, but this girl from the fantasy world named Satella saves him.
