In episode seven, titled “Okonomiyaki/Green Tea Shaved Ice,” Souemon and Doushun visited Nekoya to have a meal but had an argument before settling down. Ilzegant came across Nekoya and found it to be intriguing.
Aletta was concerned about Souemon and Doushun dining at the same table, but Master assured her they would get along. Aletta and Kuro were surprised by Souemon and Doushun’s mutual bond.
Ilzegant, an elf, enjoyed his day at Nekoya and was happy to have found such a place. He planned to visit again to try new cuisines.

Episode 8 Discussions
As Nekoya provides enjoyable meals for its usual customers, new adventures take place in the restaurant with many visits. The restaurant is not only a place to enjoy meals but to experience unusual and catchy situations.
As the customers visit, we get to see familiar faces again and some new ones. What delicious meals will these customers have and savor for their visit? It seems we’ll get to see more cheesecake next. (Drooling already)
In the next episode, we’ll see the vampire couple meet another vampire. It also seems we’ll get to see Hilda, with some companion, visit Nekoya. There might be more character interactions as the series is developing, which is exciting.
I can’t wait to see what mouthwatering dishes the customers will order as we wait for the next episode.

Episode 8 of the Restaurant to Another World 2 anime, titled “Roast Beef/Cheesecake Again”, has been released on Friday, Nov 19, 2021.

Episode eight of the Restaurant to Another World 2 anime will be released as per schedule. No such delay has been announced.
Episode 7 Recap
The episode starts with Souemon and Doushun arguing as they enter Nekoya. Aletta and Kuro seeing it may disturb the other customers, put a stop to it, and they apologize for it. As Aletta mentions them to sit anywhere, she finds them seated at the same table.
She takes their orders for Okonomiyaki with pork and eggs for Souemon and seafood and bonito flakes for Doushun. Aletta takes their order to Master, and she mentions how she’s anxious about an argument breaking out between Souemon and Doushun.
Master tells her it’ll be okay as they share mutual respect and says the more people fight, the closer they get. As Souemon and Doushun talk about their land’s affairs, their meal is served. Souemon takes a bite of the dish while it’s sizzling and is delighted by the flavors.
Doushun takes his bites elegantly, and he savors such good flavors as well. Finish up, they order seconds, but they switch the order as what the other is having this time. Aletta is surprised at how things are playing out and brings them their order.
As they dig in, they truly understand why they would eat such delicious flavors. Aletta and Kuro find it amusing that both of them are getting along than before. Kuro and Aletta are envious of Souemon and Donshunand’s unspoken bond and are happy it went well.
Moving on to the next part, Master prepares shaved ice and lets Aletta and Kuro taste it. As they try it out with syrup, they sink into the dish and get brain freeze having more. Meanwhile, on a floating island, an elf named Ilzegant looks forward to the day and is bored.
He thinks about the floating island used to escape an elf epidemic that happened many centuries ago by his parents. As he ponders what to do next, he senses an extra mana presence and heads towards it, finding the door to Nekoya.
Entering Nekoya, Ilzegant realizes it is another world and explores around. Aletta welcomes him, but he tries to figure out what she is. Trying to examine her, Ilzegant startles her. Kuro interrupts and tells him to stop, and Ilzegant apologizes for his behavior.
He mentions how it’s been two hundred years since he’s met anybody. Aletta and Kuro are astonished and understand his story. Later he finds out from them about Nekoya and wants to taste a cuisine. Aletta suggests the seasonal shaved ice, and he orders Green Tea Shaved Ice.
Ilzegant checks the attire on the table as the order is being prepared. Later the order is served, and as Ilzegant takes a bite, he sinks into the sweetness mixing with all the ingredients in the shaved ice.
After finishing, Ilzegant asks Aletta about visiting Nekoya regularly, but she mentions it’s only possible once every seven days. Understanding this, he orders seconds, and he requests to take some ingredients with him to experiment as he leaves.

Restaurant to Another World is a Japanese light novel series written by Junpei Inuzuka, with illustrations by Katsumi Enami. Shufunotomo have released five volumes of the series since February 2015.
An anime television series adaptation by Silver Link aired from July 3 to September 18, 2017. A second season by OLM has been announced.
The Western Restaurant Nekoya is a restaurant situated in a mundane corner of an undisclosed Tokyo shopping district which offers a lot of Japanese versions of Western dishes.
It opens during usual business hours though closed during holidays and weekends. But secretly it is also open on Saturdays, as on this particular day it creates doorways to another world.
