In episode 12, titled “Pork Loin Cutlet/Buffet,” Nekoya prepared for Shareef and Adelheid’s wedding after-party. Yomi visited Nekoya and found so much has changed since she left.
Master received a key to close the door to the other world. Yomi explained once the key is broken, the connection to the other would also be severed. Master decided to respect his grandpa’s request and keep Nekoya going.
The customers of Nekoya celebrated the wedding of Shareef and Adelheid. Everyone enjoyed Nekoya’s food. Kuro and Aletta told Master that his cooking is fantastic, and everyone appreciates it.

Nekoya is favored by its customers and by the fans of this series. It was such a great way to end this season grandly. The restaurant is not only a place to enjoy meals but also to experience unusual and catchy situations.
As the customers visit on the day of Satur, we get to see familiar faces visit again with some new ones. What delicious meals will these customers have and savor for their visits? With the season over, a bit of the back story got revealed, and it was interesting.
I wonder what new and innovative meals Nekoya would bring for us next season. It would be great to get more details on the history of Nekoya’s unique door, as seeing there is a key to cut the connection to the other world was intriguing.
Watching the series makes your mouth water as the characters enjoy their meals, and I can’t wait to see what mouthwatering dishes the customers will order as we wait for the season.

There is no release date for further episodes of Restaurant to Another World as of now. An announcement can be expected if the anime will be renewed for a new season. So stay tuned for any updates on the anime.

New episodes for Restaurant to Another World will be on break until further announcements are made for season 3. The anime will continue once season 3 is ready to hit the screens.
Episode 12 Recap
The episode starts with Kuro and Aletta setting up Nekoya for a celebration. An older lady approaches Nekoya in the human world and finds the restaurant looking the same. As the lady enters, she’s surprised that Nekoya has staff now.
She recognizes Kuro and thinks why Master hired a malicious being but realizes Kuro isn’t harmful right now. Aletta greets her and asks the lady if it’s her first visit. The lady states it isn’t and makes her way to Artorius’ table and joins him.
Artorius recognizes that it’s Yomi. Artorius states that he saw Yomi when Daiki (previous chef) passed away. Yomi finds out the special occasion is for the after-party for the wedding of the prince of the Land of Sand and the princess of the Empire.
Realizing things have changed significantly, Yomi orders pork loin cutlets with extra rice. As Yomi talks with Artorius, she says how it used to be back in the day where demons were their enemies.
Artorius states he thought Yomi didn’t survive when the evil God sent her away to the human world. Yomi thought the same back then but recalled how she met Daiki. Daiki found her washed up on the shore one day and rescued her.
Since she was hungry, Daiki treated her to tasty pork loin cutlets. Yomi started helping Daiki with his small food shop at first, and later they started a restaurant. It shows Daiki and Yomi got married and lived a happy life.
The pork loin cutlets are served, and Yomi takes a bite. She sinks into the flavors and is reminded of Daiki’s cooking. Later Yomi requests Aletta to meet Master. As Master sees Yomi, he says he knew the extra rice was his grandma’s order.
She then gives him a master key to the front door. Yomi reveals the key is to lock the door to the other world. She states if Master ever needs to close off the other world, he needs to break the key.
When the key breaks, the connection to the other world also breaks. Master then says he doesn’t plan to break the connection because of his grandpa’s request.
Yomi tells Master to keep the key anyways and leaves happily. Afterward, the celebration for the wedding afterparty is underway.
All the regular visitors of Nekoya are seen enjoying the buffet, and the restaurant is delightful. Out of nowhere, Heinrich proposes Sarah, and this shocks everyone. Aletta finds it concerning for she’ll lose her job as a caretaker in Sarah’s house.
Sarah states she doesn’t intend to marry and says Heinrich just reacted based on the celebration’s mood. As the drama settles, everyone is seen enjoying the party’s food. Later, Aletta is struck at the sight of everyone enjoying.
She and Kuro find that everyone is happy at Nekoya with its food. Aletta is grateful that she stumbled upon the door to Nekoya and found the special place. Aletta and Kuro state Master’s cooking is fantastic, and everyone knows it.

The Western Restaurant Nekoya is a restaurant situated in a mundane corner of an undisclosed Tokyo shopping district which offers a lot of Japanese versions of Western dishes.
It opens during usual business hours though closed during holidays and weekends. But secretly it is also open on Saturdays, as on this particular day it creates doorways to another world.
