Resident Evil is returning to its roots for its upcoming reboot film, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. The film aims to dig up the mystery of the Umbrella Corporation once again from a fresh viewpoint.
CAPCOM is including all of the nostalgic elements together in the movie to make sure you get the zombielicious fest that you need.
Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City will be released on November 24, 2021, and a new trailer has been revealed.
The trailer shows Claire investigating the Umbrella Corporation, which is responsible for creating the zombies plaguing humanity. Some very familiar areas like the Spencer mansion are also shown.
Of course, there are zombies in the trailer, and tons of them too. You can find every type of undead thing you can ever imagine in this film.
A new poster is also out, which really highlights the gory history that the movie will reveal.
Set in the 1990s, the film will explain the origins of the evil Umbrella Corps and its activities in explicit detail. Raccoon City will be the first reboot film of the franchise.
