Begins with the continuation from where Chizuru falls in the sea due to dizziness, and Kazuya jumps in to save her.

 As soon as Chizuru regained consciousness, it dawned on her that she was lying on the beach.

She saw Kazuya lying unconscious beside her. Upon realizing that Kazuya saved her life and he wasn’t waking up. She gives Kazuya CPR, and he regains consciousness.

Both of them were hospitalized for a while and discharged soon after. Kazuya was dropped at his apartment by his friends.

He couldn’t forget about the CPR that saved his life. Trying to distract himself with the thoughts of his ex Mami he only realized that he had started developing feelings for Chizuru.

I. They go to hot spring resort

Kazuya’s family decides to go to a hot springs resort. Where his grandma surprisingly invited Sayutaso, Chizuru’s grandma to the springs.

They set up Kazuya and Chizuru in one room. So they could build some romance for themselves.

When Kazuya and Chizuru found out that they’ve been set up. Chizuru decides to tell Kazuya’s grandma that they have broken up once and for all. But when Kazuya’s grandma was rubbing her back in the hot springs. Knowing how happy she was to know that her grandson is finally in a relationship. She couldn’t bring herself to tell her the truth. Instead she decides to have fun in the resort while she still can.

In the end of the episode we see that Chizuru doesn’t mind Kazuya sleeping in the same room as her !

Rent-A-Girlfriend, also known as Kanojo, Okarishimasu, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Reiji Miyajima.

It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine since July 2017 and has been compiled into fifteen volumes as of June 2020.

The series has been licensed in North America by Kodansha Comics, which released the first volume in English in June 2020.

An anime television series adaptation by TMS Entertainment premiered in July 2020 in the Animeism block.
