The video opens by showing the kingdom of Saloom. The kingdom rejoices the birth of their seventh prince, who in turn shoots a flame blast from his cradle. This is Lloyd, the OP protagonist.
Lloyd is a sucker for everything magic and by the time he is a toddler, he is the strongest mage people have encountered. Of course, he keeps his powers a secret so that he doesn’t freak out others in the palace.
Some scenes also show him with Sylpha, the maid who teaches him swordfighting. Lloyd hates physical training but it’s a task he has to get through to resume his magic research.
The cast members of the two primary characters Llord and Grim have been revealed so far. Grim is an ancient evil spirit who has been forced to become Lloyd’s familiar. Despite being very powerful himself, he is no match for Lloyd.

With the recent influx of overpowered protagonists, Lloyd’s character doesn’t seem as charismatic as it should feel. The series can still reel in the audience with its unique artwork. Soon, it will be time to see how this half-pint MC faces the real problems in life outside of his library.
