All For One and his little brother were also born during the emergence of quirks in a normal human society. Chapter 408 of My Hero Academia will be titled “Eyes Full of Determination!!” All For One kills Yoichi in a sewer, and his body starts falling apart. Only Yoichi’s hand is left behind. All For One had given him the name ‘Yoichi’ because it was the first thing he received in this world.

Kudou’s eyes are filled with emotion as he starts crying, but All For One’s eyes are white. Yoichi had been killed just two months after escaping with Kudou and the third user. Over the next few decades, All For One kills Kudou and Bruce, starts a cult, meets the doctor and tries to steal One For All from Banjo. However, All For One fails and kills En, Nana and also has his face destroyed by All Might. Right after All For One’s first defeat by All Might, the doctor had stolen his body from the morgue. 

In the present, All For One wonders if Bakugou is a descendant of Kudou. However, that theory is impossible since All For One killed all of Kudou’s family. Suddenly, All For One realizes the similarity between their eyes. Just like Kudou, Bakugou’s eyes show an intense determination to defeat All For One.

Due to Rewind, All For One can’t keep fighting at the same level. All For One fires up all his quirks simultaneously to get to Tomura. Yoichi’s vestige senses that something’s coming. With multiple heads and a deformed crazed body, All For One bursts toward Tomura while using ‘Release Every Quirk Factor: All For One Goal.”

Edgeshot realizes that All For One plans to use all that energy to reach Tomura quickly. All Might notices that this much power will likely turn All For One into a baby, so this is his final move. Bakugou looks at All For One and scoffs, saying there’s no way something this dumb will win.

The warts on his mother’s skin became sharp and powerful drills after All For One stole the ability. As a child, All For One believed the world must belong to him and only saw people as tools. Since most of the nutrients from their mom went to All For One, the little brother grew small and weak.

The little brother found a hobby in reading comic stories about heroes. Yoichi started wishing that one day, he could grow to become a hero. As the two siblings grew up, one day, All For One entered the room with a glowing body. After hearing about the famous glowing baby that gathered millions of sympathizers, All For One killed him and stole his ability.

Yoichi asks All For One why, and he explains the comic’s concept of One For All and All For One. In the books, the heroes fought alone while hiding their identities. Meanwhile, the villain reigned supreme by causing fear in everyone. All For One now has a dream; he wants a world where everyone exists only for his sake.
