Episode 5 Speculation
Episode 5 will continue with the match between Yamanami High and Mizushima Junior Team. They are already having a rough time coping up with these middle schoolers and will lag further behind if they don’t work on their formation soon.
The match is more like a reality check for overconfident high schoolers on how much they have to train to compete with any professional team. Who knows, the match may bring back bits and pieces of Minato’s lost memories.

Episode 4 Recap
In Episode 4, Amihama beats Minato in the 150 meters swimming race, thereby shattering Joe’s dream of playing as a team of seven. According to their promise, no one should bug Amihama anymore regarding joining the club.
However, everyone goes for a final attempt to convince him to stay. Amihama once again rejects their proposal and narrates how he joined swimming to surpass his brother.
Just when he thought that he could catch up with his brother, his brother gave up swimming and joined water polo. Thus, all his hard work went in vain, he did manage to beat his brother’s time record but it wasn’t enough to satisfy him.
Later, Minato’s former teammates from Shogakukan showed up to check on Minato. Riku got excessively emotional seeing Minato in the pool and says that everyone is waiting for his return.
Incidentally, Riku turns out to be Amihama’s rival brother. He has been eavesdropping on the entire conversation and shows up soon to declare that he will join to water polo team to compete with his brother one last time.
The next few days, the Yamanami High boys spend their time training water polo and working on their swimming posture. Joe decides to take their training to the next level with a practice match.
For now, Minato and his teammates are having a rough time against Mizushima Junior Team, who have already scored their first goal. Can Yamanami High make a comeback? We have to wait for the next episode to find that out.
