Bella and Edward’s love story is filled with vampires, werewolves, and a lot of bloodshed. I guess love indeed comes at a cost. Now I know the vampire fantasy genre does not come under quality cinema, but it makes up for good a good guilty pleasure, right?
In fact, it was more than that when the first film of the Twilight franchise was released. Millennial teens were going crazy over pale white vampires, especially Robert Pattinson. He, by the way, has come a long, long way with films like The Lighthouse, Tenet, and has The Batman coming up. Nope, I’m not whitewashing his image. The creators did that for him in Twilight. #SorryNotSorry.
However, whether we like it or not, the Twilight films brought back vampiric love stories as a trend and even made up for an entertaining chick flick. It hasn’t aged well, though. Pretty ironic for a franchise with vampires in it.
Well, if you’re looking to start the franchise or even revisit it, here’s how to watch Twilight with this easy watch order guide.
The Twilight Saga, adapted from the books, has a linear timeline with five films in the series. A love story between a human and a vampire, this series would be just perfect for some nostalgic guilty pleasure.
Release Order | Watch Order
The release order and the chronological watch order are the same. You don’t have to put in much effort to shuffle between films and map out timelines. I mean, that would be too much effort for guilty pleasures anyway.
- Twilight (2008)
- The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009)
- The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010)
- The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 (2011)

Where To Watch The Twilight Saga
The entire Twilight Saga is now available to stream on Netflix. You can also rent or buy it from platforms such as iTunes, Google Play, etc., and the prices start from $3.99 per film.
If there are any die-hard fans out there, the collection on Google Play also gives you extended versions of all the films. In case you need those to justify why the franchise does categorize as good cinema.
Run-Time And Binge Duration
The Twilight Saga has five films in it where they’ve split the last book into two movies. This wasn’t because they had that much material. It was so that they could disappoint the book fans one extra time. #JustKidding
Anyway, the films together run for about 10 hours 8 minutes, and if you want to feel a bit nostalgic, it is the perfect weekend series you can watch while lying in your bed, curled up in a blanket.
P.S. Check out the memes right after you binge the saga. You’ll love how they make you laugh and hate why you just spent 10 hours watching the film when you could’ve spent it surfing through its memes.
