Raq collects everyone for a group meeting after which she asks her brothers to show Kanan the parts of their family business that he’d earlier been sheltered from. Kanan ditches Howard for dinner and decides to take some drastic measures after Famous tells him that the backpack containing the cash was stolen.
Unique sets up a meeting with the Italians for Raq. Boselli agrees to Raq’s expansion plans but he has a condition.
1. Episode 7 Speculation
Things escalate between Lou Lou and Crown and Lou Lou ends up choking Crown with a cable and killing him. Since Zisa witnessed the whole thing, he’ll likely ask for her help in getting rid of the body.
Kanan reaches out to Howard to help him get his friend out of prison. They don’t realize that Detective Burke sees them together and things are bound to get complicated.
Raq refuses to help get Famous out of prison, if she finds out that Kanan went behind her back and reached out to Howard, she’ll likely rethink her decision to get him more involved in the family business.

5. Episode 5 Recap
Despite the roadblocks, Raq is still determined to expand her business into Newark. After a group meeting, she asks her brothers to show all aspects of the family business to Kanan.
Worell reminds Raq that Unique owes her a favor.
Detective Howard waits for Kanan since they were supposed to meet for dinner. However, Kanan never shows up. Unique arranges for a meeting with the Italian mafia leader, Boselli.
He agrees to the expansion but only on the condition that Unique runs the Newark side of the business. Raq was prepared for this outcome and had planned for it.
Kanan and Famous run into trouble with the cops when they retrieve Kanan’s stolen backpack containing the cash. Kanan manages to get away. However, Famous isn’t so lucky because he trips and ends up getting arrested.

Created by Sascha Penn, Power Book III: Raising Kanan is an American crime drama series part of the Power franchise. The show is a prequel and second spin-off to the original Power series.
The series is set in the 90s and follows the early years of Kanan Stark as he starts off his career in the drug trafficking industry.
