Riolu has recently accepted Ash as a trainer, and now it’s a part of Ash’s Pokedex.
The latest Pokemon series debuted in November 2019. However, even after 22 episodes, the series didn’t have an official English name. The recent news suggests that it is about to change.
The series has been given an English name at last. The 23rd dub season of Pokemon will be titled Pokemon Journeys: The Series.

It was earlier being called “Pocket Monsters Series” or even “Pokemon The Series: Adventures” since it didn’t have an official name. The series is set in the Galar region from the video games “Pocket Monsters Sword/Shield,” and was released on November 15th.
Although not only did it offer a new region, it also included all the other regions that have appeared in the video games so far, including the Kanto region from the original “Red/Green” games and the Johto region from the sequels “Gold/Silver.”
