1. Pokemon Journeys: The Series Episode 42 Release Date
Episode 42 of the Pokemon Journeys: The Series anime, titled “Sword and Shield I: “Slumbering Forest””, has been released on Friday, Oct 23, 2020.
I. Is Pokemon 2019 on Break This Week?
On September 13, 2020, it was announced that anime would switch from airing on Sundays to Fridays following October 9, 2020.
Since then, new episodes are regularly broadcast on Fridays and the next episode will too, stick to the schedule with no delay.
2. Episode 42 Speculations
In a short preview, it is seen that after Satoshi’s “Daimax Band ” suddenly starts to glow, he and Go decide to visit Professor Magnolia in the Galar region.
But on their way there, they get separated while traveling through forest shrouded in thick mist and encounter mysterious and never seen before Pokemon.
Meanwhile, the Galar region is experiencing a phenomenon where Pokemon are Daimaxing in places where it’s’ normally impossible for them to do so.
3. Episode 41 Recap
I. The Great Pikachu Dubbing Operation
Nyarth has caught a bad cold, and the rest of Rocket-Dan aren’t providing much comfort and their comedic act and remarkable voice acting never fail to chuckle the viewers.
After seeing some drone footage of Pikachu in action, Musashi and Kojiro decide to dub over Pikachu to better understand his mindset and thinking to predict his attacks and catch him easily.
Of course, they fail miserably but get the audience rolling in laughter.
II. Half, Numacraw
Satoshi and Go, with their Pokemon, are traveling while enjoying the nice weather when they come across a Numacraw half-buried inside a field of wholly parched earth.
The ground is too hard for them to dig Numcraw out, and their hilarious plans didn’t seem to be working.
As they were figuring out the situation, a Runpappa helped by bringing down rain. Numcraw crawled out to the surface as the hard surface turned to mud. But it was a challenge for Go and Satoshi to get it to understand what they needed and was a comical treat to the eyes.
