The final battle began in episode 129 of Pokemon 2019, titled “The Final I: Torrent.”
Satoshi surprised everyone with his tactics. He defeated one pokemon of Dande first. However, Dande is too strong for him to claim victory yet.
The episode was well-paced, although they did take time to build up the hype for the match. It has started now and won’t end until there is a winner.

Episode 129 Recap
After receiving an urgent summon from Project Mew, Gou goes to Kaina City, where he meets Tokio and Shigeru. He goes along with them to meet the professor and his teammates. He wishes Satoshi to do his best.
Satoshi is ready for the final. Hikari and Koharu show up to cheer Satoshi for his match. Dande is reminded of the first day he battled. Everyone is super excited about the match.
It’s time for the battle, and both the finalists show up on the field. The final is a 6v6 battle. While the referee is listing the rules, Dande interrupts him saying that using only one out of Daimax, Mega evolution, and Z-Move is no fun, and tells Satoshi that he can use all of them.
The management agrees, and the match begins. Satoshi first sends Pikachu, and Dande sends Aceburn. Both of their attacks hit each other simultaneously, but Aceburn is unfazed by 100,000-volt attack of Pikachu.
Satoshi tells Pikachu to return. Dande does the same and sends in Inteleon, while Satoshi chooses Ganger. Both of them start their battle, but Ganger is taken aback by Inteleon’s powers.
Satoshi uses Kyodaimax on Ganger. Ganger uses Kyodai Phantom, whose effect won’t let Dande switch Pokemon. Ganger’s continuous attack makes it difficult for Inteleon to counter them.
However, he fires an evil pulse and gets hit by Ganger’s attack. Inteleon is unable to fight, giving Satoshi his first win. Dande is ignited by the loss and sends in Barrikohru.
Barrikohru’s impressive powers give him a win against Ganger. Dande dedicates the victory to Inteleon, saying you can only win a battle by fighting as a team. The episode ends with both the trainers having a win.
