The Hogwarts Legacy showcase offered fans a glimpse of the game’s mechanics and graphics. The video also gave us a tour of the majestic campus of Hogwarts. The game will take us back to the wizarding world of Harry Potter, and we cannot wait!
Hogwarts Legacy game director, Alan Tew, informed fans that their in-game choices will decide the game’s ending.
As the game progresses, players will be given more interactive choices. Tew stated that,
different interaction with different characters can also offer different choice points for the player, and then some of those can affect things game-wide; some of these affect characters’ lives, the ending of the game.

This will be the first time a choice-based system will be implemented in a major Harry Potter game. It will give players more content to explore, in case, one wishes to replay the game. Choice-based games have always been popular among gamers due to the control and alternatives they offer.
The showcase video featured student companions for every Hogwarts house, except Ravenclaw. Warner Bros. has not commented on this matter. Hopefully, Hogwarts Legacy will live up to fans’ standards, with its magical mystery and lore.
Hogwarts Legacy launches on February 10 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
