Mirai thinks it might be a plan to lure them out and kill the God candidates, but Nasse isn’t as skeptical of the kid’s plan.
The news about God candidates has blown up, and everyone who suddenly became successful is suspected to be a God candidate. Kanade’s friend is also alleged to be a God candidate because he suddenly got a cute girlfriend.
Police officer Hoshi apprehends Mirai on his way to school. Mirai is asked to get in the car, and he immediately puts his hands up, making the officer think he’s holding an arrow. They hear a scream, and it turns out to be Saki, who officer Yumiki was in charge of persuading.
Saki has pierced Yumiki with a red arrow making her fall in love. They get in the car, and Hoshi explains how governments are looking for God candidates to turn them into weapons, and Mirai is terrified.
Hoshi takes them to his home so that no one finds them, and it is revealed that Hoshi and Yumiki are partners. Hoshi asks them to give Yumiki a pair of wings so she can see and talk to the angels too.
