Episode 14 of Platinum End starts with Mirai running towards Metropoliman at full speed to pierce him with the red arrow. Metropoliman already has a red arrow in his chest, so that’s impossible.
Mirai and Maki tie him up, and he swings in the air like a ragdoll. Mukaido musters up all his strength to kill that cockroach.
That cockroach, aka Metropoliman, tries to dissuade him from killing and becoming his murderer. Don’t threaten Mukaido with a good time. Does Metropoliman die for good?
Here are the latest updates.
Episode 15 Speculations
As fans had thought, Metropoliman perished in this episode. It wasn’t very pleasant to have him around. He pulled out all stops to not die and even offered to marry Maki as if it was a privilege.
In the end, Mukaido also dies, and as he passes on, Aya puts a cigarette to his lips. It falls from his mouth, and I guess he did as he promised. He quit smoking.
We see a face reveal of that little boy with Metropoliman, and I guess he’s the mastermind controlling him from the shadows. He’s probably going to be the next villain Mirai will have to deal with.
