The Sorcerer Kingdom’s daily operations are being unraveled as Ainz acquires knowledge of the politics taking place there. The power grab started a few months ago.
In the midst of all the responsibilities, Ainz experiences overwhelming feelings. Albedo offers him a way to cope. Following further consideration of the economic and political conditions in the kingdom, he decided to make his vision a reality by presenting his vision to the local adventurer guild.

Episode 1 Recap
In episode 1 of Overlord season 4, Albedo gives Ainz a love-crazed monologue. She continuously boasts about Ainz’s greatness and supremacy as in previous seasons of Overlord.
Ainz’s reign as ruler of E-Rantel’s the Sorcerer Kingdom has led to a remarkable change in Albedo’s behavior. Having to work with the Supreme Ruler has strengthened Albedo’s feelings for Ainz.
As part of her duties, she prepares reports, provides constructive feedback on residents’ suggestions, and handles public affairs.
Aura has also demonstrated a different kind of affection for Ainz, in addition to Albedo’s enhanced emotional state. Ainz unexpectedly offered a seat to Aura and Mare on his lap because Aura and Albedo started teasing each other after that.
Meanwhile, Ainz is struggling to deal with the affairs of the Sorcerer Kingdom. In addition to wearing a lot of outlandish outfits every day, he is also a little confused when it comes to public laws.
He lacks the knowledge necessary to facilitate public laws as an ordinary salaryman in the real world. By sending his suggestions anonymously along with others, he can suggest some changes to Nazarick.

Ainz only gets some reports from Pandora’s Actor just in time. As the adventurer Momon, he has been Ainz’s body double. Ainz is informed that numerous people have inquired about the kind of kingdom Ainz would run.
Because he didn’t have any answers, Ainz went to the Adventurer’s Guild. He offered to take the guild under his wing after speaking with Ainzach, the guild master.
During his reign, Ainz, however, proposed that adventurers go on actual journeys instead of guild quests. The adventurers will be used by Ainz to explore new lands and establish friendly relations.
As a separate group from politics and religion, adventurer guilds have existed historically. The purpose of the army is to protect the people, not to aid kingdoms in times of war.
The terms of Ainzach’s offer were finally accepted by Ainz. Having discovered the answer to Fith’s and Pandora’s Actor, Ainz realized that he had a powerful weapon. Nazarick and the people of his kingdom will enjoy eternal prosperity for the rest of their lives, regardless of race.
