How to complete Outside the Canvas event in Genshin Impact?

Do you love clicking photos in the beautiful world of Genshin Impact? Well, Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens might be the perfect event for you. This is the second event in version 4.8 and will be available until August 8, 2024.

As the title suggests, in this event, players will help Asagiri draw inspiration by taking photos of different locations across Teyvat. The tasks are fairly easy and give a generous amount of rewards.

1. How to complete Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens event in Genshin Impact

Players can complete the Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens event in Genshin Impact by completing all 14 tasks between July 29 to August 8, 2024. To start the Outside of the Canvas event, players must finish the Archon Quest Prologue Act 3—Song of the Dragon and Freedom and reach at least Adventure Rank 18.

After meeting the requirements, a short quest will be available in the quest menu. Follow that and talk to Asagiri to start the event.

Once the event has started, you will receive different tasks that will ask you to take pictures at different locations throughout Teyvat. These pictures should include a certain character performing different actions (walking, idle animation, using a charge attack, etc).
