In episode 23, titled “The King and the Sun,” Daida forgave Miranjo for her misdeeds with everyone. Daida relinquished the throne to Bojji, who is more fit to be a king.
Kage left the kingdom since his work to make Bojji a king was complete. However, Bojji felt sad that Kage wasn’t around while performing his duties. Hilling told Bojji to find his happiness which made Bojji go out and find his own kingdom with Kage.

Episode 24 Speculation and Discussion
The finale of Ousama Ranking took a different turn than I expected, and it was a wholesome ending to the season. WIT studio did an outstanding job bringing the anime with its stunning animation style.
Even though the season ended on a sweet note, some undiscovered plots remain. Desha’s outcome after visiting the vault and Bojji’s plan to help the little demon remain the major questions that fans are looking forward to uncovering.
Given that season 2 of Ousama Ranking might take some time to release, we know it will bring the little prince and his amazing best friend more intriguing adventures. Let’s hope to see Bojji and Kage soon as this season 1 was exciting from the first till the last episode.

Episode 23 Recap
This episode starts with Daida and everyone forgiving Miranjo for all her misdeeds. Miranjo sees Bosse, Sheena, and her mother smiling that she is okay, making her feel relieved. Daida apologize to everyone for his foolish pride that caused trouble.
He then reveals he’s relinquishing his title as king to Bojji. Bojji is reluctant to accept the title, and Hilling knows she is why the prince isn’t self-confident. However, Kage asserts Bojji and says he will be a mighty king. Hilling finds Kage’s presence like sunlight for Bojji.
Kage reveals that Bojji can understand everyone by reading lips. This fact shocks everyone with Domas realizing Bojji knew everyone made fun of him before. Domas and the rest address Bojji as king and lift him for praise.
However, Kage finds his work to help Bojji is done and leaves the castle. Kage knows he’s not fit to be at the side of Bojji and the kingdom. Afterward, as Bojji attends to his subjects and kingdom-related matters, he realizes Kage is missing.
Meanwhile, as the Underworld Army prepares to return, Kingbo appears and frees Ouken. Kingbo then cuts Ouken’s head off and kicks it into a far lake. Kingbo leaves, saying Ouken and him are even.
Later, With Kage gone, Bojji does his duties but has a gloomy look most days. Hilling talks with Bojji alone and tells him he’s got to keep it together for the kingdom. Considering Bojji’s feelings, Hilling tells him that he should look hard to find the place that is important to him.
Referring to Kage, she says Bojji should keep the friendship he gained and travel to find his path. Meanwhile, Kage is trying to make a living in a different town. Sadly, he’s neglected for being a shadow clan.
As he keeps a calm face to make life better, he dreams of Bojji in his sleep. When he wakes up, he tries to forget about his memories with Bojji. Surprisingly, Kage sees Bojji running across, which makes him delighted.
Bojji is very happy he found Kage and tells him he’s given the crown back to Daida. He then tells Kage he will find and build his own kingdom like his father.
Bojji knows Kage will help him and be by his side in finding his kingdom. With the adventure set, Kage is emotional that Bojji needed him as much as he required Bojji.
