Our Dating Story Episode 12: Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

The crack that developed in Ryuuto and Runa’s relationship in earlier episodes seemed to be healed on the surface, but deep down, it only grew.

On the other side, Nicole and Sekiya started going out again, but he rejected Nicole. This served as a trigger for Runa to make a decision regarding this crack.

She asks Ryuuto to meet her in the park near his prep school on Saturday, saying she has something important to discuss. Ryuuto agrees to the meeting, and when they meet, Runa asks whether they should break up. Ryuuto starts crying, and seeing him cry, Runa understands how much he values this relationship, and things get fixed between them after a heart-to-heart talk.

Now that the problem regarding Ryuuto and Runa’s relationship is solved, episode 12, the last episode, will definitely end on a good note. A lot of fun events will take place in the next episode. In the preview, we see it’s Christmas, and the airing date perfectly aligns with the event, as the episode will air on the 22nd, very close to Christmas.

The preview shows us Runa and Ryuuto on a date while Nicole confronts Sekiya again. Christmas is known to be the biggest event for couples in every romance anime, and the same will happen here, too. We also see Nishhi out in the streets, and we’ll have to find out whether he’s alone or with someone. We see Akari blushing, which usually doesn’t happen, so that is a mystery, too.

3. Recap of Episode 11

The episode starts with Runa and Ryuuto having one of their usual dates near Ryuuto’s prep school. On the surface, everything looks fine, and the crack between them seems to have disappeared. Runa tells him that Nicole is going out with Sekiya again. After a stroll nearby, Ryyuto goes to his classes while Runa heads home.

The next day at school, Nicole comes in looking completely devastated. When asked what happened, she tells Runa and Akari that Sekiya rejected him. Ryuuto hears this too and, later at the prep school, asks him why he did this.

Sekiya tells him he still loves Nicole, but his exams will get messed up if he starts taking things seriously now.

On the other side, Nicole calls Runa at night to discuss her rejection. Runa ends up crying and telling her she’s been feeling distant from Ryuuto since the sports festival. She says she’s scared of Ryuuto hating her, and maybe she can’t keep doing this to him and herself much longer.

On that night, when returning home after prep school, Ryuuto met Maria on the way. While walking together, he convinced himself and told her it would be best if they didn’t speak much alone since it may hurt Runa. Maria also seems to think similarly since she, too, wants Runa to be happy.

After they agree upon this, the two go on their own ways. Ryuuto calls Runa, and that’s when Runa says she has something important to tell him. Before they could take this conversation any further, Ryuuto suddenly heard Maria’s scream. He rushes over to where she went and sees a masked individual bothering her. He then escorts her to the police station safely.

Ryuuto calls Runa to inform her about the incident and Runa says she called their mom already. Ryuuto asks what she wants to speak about, but Runa asks him to meet her the next Saturday in the park in front of the prep school. The two finally confront each other there.

On Saturday, before Ryuuto can explain the situation regarding Maria, Runa brings up the topic of break up. As Ryuuto sits in silence from the massive shock, they both start reminiscing about their dating days. Suddenly, Runa turns towards Ryuuto, only to find him crying.

As Ryuuto tells her how much she cherishes his life with Runa and that he doesn’t want to break up, Runa starts crying too, and eventually, they patch up the problems that have been growing between them. Once everything is fixed, Ryuuto tells her that she can’t help her anymore with the “Befreined Maria” mission since he decided not to talk to her.

Runa says it’s okay and that Maria probably hates her even more now. Before Ryuuto can tell her the truth, she talks about their matching earrings and that Maria probably lost her a long time ago. Hearing this, Ryuuto drags Runa to where Maria gets caught in trouble, and in little time, the two find the earrings that Maria lost that day.

Hearing the truth about Maria’s feelings, Runa is overjoyed. The next day in school, when the teacher praises Maria, Runa stands up and addresses her as her sister, leaving the whole class shocked. Later, Maria drags her aside to ask her why she did that. Runa returned the earring, and after a talk, the distance between the sisters closed once again.
