Otoko-Zaka is a popular action shounen manga that returned from its 35-year long break in 2014. The manga is relatively popular in Italy and has a generous fanbase in the country.
Manga creator Masami Kurumada ended the Takeshima Honjin-hen arc of Otoko-Zaka on the Shounen Jump+ app with its seventh chapter on March 29. This left fans yearning for the Honjin Shitō-hen that was announced to release in early summer.
Masami Kurumada recently announced on his blog that his manga Otoko-Zaka would launch its Honjin Shitō-hen arc (Stronghold Death Struggle Arc) on July 4, 2020. It simultaneously on the Shounen Jump+ app and the website.
This announcement of the arc’s serialization was followed by Kurumada posting printed proof teasing the readers.
The printed proof and launch date for the latest arc has fans riled up and at the edge of their seats, waiting to experience Kikukawa’s new adventures.

Otoko-Zaka is an action, shounen manga by Masami Kurumada that began serialization in Shounen Jump (Weekly) on July 10, 1984. Its initial run lasted for a year when it wrapped up in 1985 and went on a break.
Otoko-Zaka’s eight-chapter revival began after a 35-year long break in June 2014. The series resumed serialization on Shū Play News, the official website of Shueisha’s Weekly Playboy magazine.
The manga moved to Shonen Jump+ from the “Keikai Otome” arc in 2017 and has been publishing on the app ever since. J-Pop publishing house began the manga’s serialization in Italy from October 2015 and has released the first eight volumes on its J-Pop store
The story revolves around Jingi Kikukawa from the town of Kujūkuri in Chiba. He is a part of the Tōun Middle School student body, and he has never lost a fight in 13 years. After being defeated by Shō Takeshima, Jingi undergoes dangerous training in the art of fighting with Kenka-Oni, a demon who lives in Oniyama.
