About Osomatsu Kun
Osomatsu kun is the manga series by Fujio Akatsuka, which later got adapted into an anime series in 1966. It is about the mischief caused by the sextuplets of the Matsuno family.
Mr. Osomatsu or Osomatsu-san is a reboot of the original series, which started airing in 2015.
It features the sextuplets who have become 10 years older and have become lazy, jobless bums. What are their daily lives like, both real and imaginary?
The original manga by Fujio Akatsuka ran in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shōnen Sunday from 1962 to 1969. Early chapters of the manga were based around people becoming mixed-up with the sextuplet identities, due to the similarity of the characters.
