OreGairu Season 3 Episode 8: Release Date, Preview, Watch Online

We begin the third season of the anime series My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU.

With Hachiman gathering other students to help with their second prom idea, will he succeed in making the anti-prom committee act in Yukinoshita’s favor? 

Not having a clue about his plans, Yukinoshita continues to make her prom proposal more desirable for the PTA! Yui, on the other hand, is determined to make her conviction a success.

1. Episode 8 Release Date

Episode 8 of the My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Season 3 anime, titled ” Wishing That, at the Very Least, I Don’t Make Anymore Mistakes,” will be released Thursday, August 27, 2020.  

In the next episode, Hayato and Hachiman have important matters to discuss, and by the looks of it, Hayato objects to Hachiman’s idea.

No, episode 8 of the My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Season 3 anime will be released as per its schedule; thus, no such delay is announced.

The anime comes out weekly every Thursday.

2. Episode 8 Preview & Speculation

The preview of episode 8 narrated by Tamanawa and Hachiman, titled “Wishing That, at the Very Least, I Don’t Make Anymore Mistakes,” we see Yui hanging out with Yumiko and Ebina.

Yumiko feels cold at sea, so Yui gives her heat packs to warm up. Hayato and Hachiman have a conversation at night, probably discussing the prom.

Yui and Hachiman will also meet up with Haruno, who will give them more insight into why the prom was so vehemently opposed. 

Also, Yui was visibly nervous when Haruno spoke, so it seems they may have discussed Yukinoshita’s situation. In the end, Hachiman hesitates to open the door to their club room. 

In the narration, Tamanawa and Hachiman discuss the next meeting for compromising the work in their collaboration. Only after Hachiman has fixed his prom proposition can they tackle the advertising section. 

Hachiman tells him, he would have to check his calendar for it and let Tamanawa know how much Hachiman missed his foreign words.

Tamanawa replied he made a rule not to use them at school other than that he refused to change and takes a jab at Hachiman’s pessimistic personality. To which Hachiman accepts defeat in their rap battle.   

3. Recap of Episode 7

I. The Game Club 

Episode 8, titled “Until the End, Yui Yuigahama Will Continue Watching Over Them,” begins with Zaimokuza introducing Hachiman and Yui to the members from his gaming club Hatano and Sagami! 

Hachiman and Yui pitch their idea for prom and convince others to help them. With their goal to catch the PTA’s attention and get opposed, Hachiman crafts the steps to plan a fake prom.

On taking Yui’s opinion, he decides to reel in Kaihin Sogo High School and Hayato from Captain Committee. 

At home, Komachi rests while watching the news, and Hachiman shyly wishes her happy birthday! Hachiman then takes the train and meets up with Yui, Tamanawa, and Kaori at Kaihin High.

II. Meeting with the Student Council of Kaihin High.

After reading through the prom proposal, Tamanawa points out the flaws of the idea and tells Hachiman his plan was unacceptable.

To match Tamanawa’s pace, Hachiman starts a weird rap battle causing Tamanawa to join in! 

Their rap argument comes to an end, and Tamanawa tells Hachiman to polish up his ideas only then would Kaihin High co-ordinate.

Yui and Hachiman head back to their school, after teasing Yui for a while the games club gets back to attack the issue at hand. 

Zaimokuza gives a name to their prom as “Sobu High School Prom: The Saiko Project”! 

III. Yukinoshita and Yui 

Hachiman leaves to talk to Hayato but runs into Yukinoshita at the vending machine. He drops the idea to talk to Hayato and joins Yukinoshita on a bench; they talk about trivial things, and Hachiman asks her how things were going on her side. 

Yukinoshita gives him the details of her project; she hands Hachiman her coffee as a reward for his hard work, so he buys another coffee for Yukinoshita as well!

Yui comes down from the club room and meets Hachiman and Yukinoshita. 

She tells Hachiman that Hayato had agreed to meet with them, and when Yukinoshita was about to leave, Yui stops her to inquire if Yukinoshita was avoiding her.

Yukinoshita refuses, and they seriously discuss their future and wishes, which ends in warm hugs.

My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected, also known as Yahari Ore no Seishun Rabukome wa Machigatteiru, abbreviated as OreGairu, is a Japanese light novel series written by Wataru Watari and illustrated by Ponkan8. 

The series follows Hachiman Hikigaya, a pessimistic, closeminded, and realistic teen, who is forced by his teacher to join the school’s service club and work with two girls with issues of their own.

They offer help and advice to others while dealing with their inner conflicts. 

The third season of this anime series follows the story where it left off in the second season.
