The currently released episode 11, titled “Only a Heated Touch Truly Conveys The Sentiment,” shows Hikigaya and Shizuka having a conversation at the batting cages about the codependence that Haruno had earlier mentioned to Hikigaya.
Shizuka explains to her student that you cannot summarize all of your feelings with one word. Using a napkin, she simplifies that everything we feel combines to make us the people we are. Shizuka tells him to use actions where words seem to fail him.
Hikigaya contemplates his relationship with the girls and calls it fake because they were not honest. Yui comes to a realization and tells Hachiman her wish. She says that she wants it all and she wants Yukino to be a part of it. Yui remarks that she wants to be wherever Hachiman and Yukino are. Hachiman complies and agrees to be better when it comes to communication.
In the current episode, we also witness the joint prom’s discussion as Hachiman decides to proceed despite Mrs.Yukinoshita’s objections. He also convinces Mrs. Yukino and Haruno concerning the joint prom with Yukino in charge. We also witness the much-awaited confession that Hachiman makes to Yukino about wanting to be involved in her life, to which Yukino agrees and asks for his life.

2. Episode 12 Preview & Speculation
The preview of episode 12, titled “My Youth Romantic Comedy is Wrong, As I Expected,” has Hachiman narrating the concept of youth.
In the preview, we hear him remarking that youth is a lie and nothing but evil. According to him, those who rejoice in youth are only deceiving themselves and those around them. He also says that being happy when one is young only means that you are fully accepting the circumstances that come along with it.
Hachiman thinks that even the most terrible failures were considered testaments of youth and etched in our memories. The narration ends with Hachiman saying that he will conclude, and then the title of episode 12 is revealed to the viewers.
3. Recap of Episode 11
I. Hikigaya and Shizuka
The current episode begins with Hikigaya and Shizuka talking about the concept of codependence. Shizuka says that a person cannot summarize all of their feelings with one word. She explains to her student that a sum of feelings makes us who we are. Shizuka tells her favorite student Hikigaya that he should pair his words with actions if he feels that words alone will not get the job done.
Later, we see Hikigaya in his room, contemplating his relationship with the girls and calls it a sham because they were not honest.
II. Hikigaya and Yui
After graduation, Hikigaya and Yui walk together from Sobu High school to Nakatakahama Park. At the park, Yui asks Hikigaya about his feelings regarding what is happening with him, Yui and Yukino. Hikigaya responds by saying that the club shutting down was inevitable.
He then tells Yui that he wants to be a part of Yukino’s life and cannot accept not being associated with her anymore. Yui tells Hikigaya to communicate with Yukino and tell her how he feels. She then tells Hikigaya her wish, which is always to be where Hikigaya and Yukino are. However, we can see that Yui harbored strong feelings for Hikigaya that she must now cast aside because of his feelings for Yukino. Yui’s feelings were evident as she cried in her mother’s arms when she got home.
Later at the student council room, we see Iroha question Yoshiteru, Sagami’s Brother, and Hatano regarding the joint prom. They said that Hachiman knew the details and to ask him about it. Hachiman eventually decided to proceed with the joint prom and convinces Mrs. Yukinoshita and Haruno to go ahead with his joint prom with Yukino in charge.
III. Hikigaya and Yukino
The last segment of the current episode takes place on the overpass near Chiba Station. We see Hachiman and Yukino walking together and conversing about the events during the meeting, significantly when Yukino’s mother agreed with the joint prom.Yukino asks Hachiman about the reasons behind his actions and Yui’s wish.
Hachiman responds that his actions were a part of Yui’s wish and further explains himself. After hearing him out, Yukino says that she is different and tries to rush off, but Hachiman tries to talk to her more as he catches up with her but hesitates.
Deciding to let his actions do the talking, he then surprisingly runs and grabs Yukino by her hand. Hachiman then, though a little embarrassed, finally confesses he wants to be involved with Yukino. After some more conversation takes place, Yukino agrees and asks for his life.
