One Punch Man Reveals Major Fight | Saitama vs Monster King Orochi

One-Punch Man releases a new Monster Affiliation Saga chapter with Saitama finally seen in some action (FINALLY!). Since the previous chapters, the S-Class heroes were seen teaming up against one of the strongest foes of the Saga. During the latest chapter 106 has some Saitama action in it as he’s going after the Monster King Orochi. Orochi being hyped as someone who can trouble Saitama didn’t quite put up the show.

The chapter starts off with the fight, and it ends as soon as it started. Even the fanciest moves of Orochi didn’t scratch Saitama. However, for old school Saitama fans, it’s no big deal, and the character is known for such’ walk in the park’ fights. The chapter shows Orochi building up his monster cells, preparing to blast towards Saitama in a ‘naive’ attempt to finish off the one will kill so many of his powerful monsters. After seeing that Pochi is afraid of Saitama as well, he gets intrigued even more.

As Orochi continues to morph, he tries to provoke Saitama as well, hoping he would evolve too but looks like Saitama is not interested at all. In fact, he is so used to hearing such stuff and stories about himself that no matter what is thrown at him, it won’t surprise him and as he puts it. “The king of no matter, or the historic weapon of no matter, or evolution’s highest no matter, or the sealed no matter, or the biggest no matter in the universe, or the no matter of no matter.” He has “One Punched” a lot of monsters before and they were all the same to him regardless of how much they hype themselves.

One punch is always enough for any Saitama’s opponent. Orochi hits Saitama with every trick up his sleeve…couple of lightning blasts, dragon heads, fireplace but everything went in vain as Saitama effortlessly defeats him with just a regular punch. After seeing so much hype around a new monster and seeing it defeated with just a single regular punch, it is quite surprising. Each and every enemy so far in the manga got so much less publicity than Orochi but still lasted a good amount of time against Saitama as compared to Orochi.

About One Punch Man

On an unnamed Earth-like supercontinent planet, powerful monsters and villains have been wreaking havoc in the cities. To combat them, the world’s government created a Hero Association that employs superheroes to stop them. The heroes are ranked from Class C to Class S. Saitama, an unassociated hero, hails from the metropolis of City-Z and performs heroic deeds for his own entertainment. He has trained himself to the point where he broke his “limit” and can effortlessly defeat any opponent with a single punch while slaying monsters the same way. But he is now bored with his own omnipotence and frustrated by sensing he lacks a challenge.
