Concept Art From WIT Studio Released for THE ONE PIECE
The first teaser visual and trailer for THE ONE PIECE reboot was unveiled in December at Jump Festa 2024, an anime and manga event hosted by Shueisha in Japan. The anime series THE ONE PIECE, which is slated to be produced by WIT Studio (Attack on Titan Seasons 1-3, Spy x Family, My Deer Friend Nokotan), would initially follow the “East Blue Saga” of the original manga before branching out to additional plots.
THE ONE PIECE, just as they had promised before the exciting weekend, revealed a significant update on the One Piece Day. This contained the initial glimpse at a few pieces of the concept art for the currently-developing remake.
Sadly, no release window or date was disclosed along with this artwork, which featured several scenes from the East Blue Saga when it was first revealed.
THE ONE PIECE Remake Production Video
THE ONE PIECE will be streaming worldwide with Netflix when it finally premieres, but it has yet to announce a release date or window as of this publication. Netflix teases its new take on the classic franchise and describes the project:
Recreating the story of the original “ONE PIECE” manga, starting from the East Blue arc, “THE ONE PIECE” is coming to Netflix!
Produced by the renowned WIT Studio (SPY x FAMILY, Seasons 1-3 of Attack on Titan) in collaboration with Shueisha, Fuji Television Network, and Toei Animation Co., THE ONE PIECE hopes to provide viewers with a fresh yet familiar experience, utilizing cutting-edge visual technology to reimagine Luffy’s adventures through the beloved East Blue Saga.
WIT Studio’s THE ONE PIECE remake adapts Oda’s legendary series from the beginning and will stream exclusively on Netflix. ONE PIECE has also confirmed that the live-action has begun production for its second season.
