Episode 1086 of ‘One Piece’ is titled “A New Emperor! Buggy the Genius Jester!” In this episode, the updated bounties are distributed around the world.
After Luffy jumped off the waterfall because of Eustass Kid’s taunts, Nami scolds him. Although Luffy apologizes, he gets put in a cage while the rest of the crew reads the updated bounties. Everyone receives a significant increase, and Luffy has become an Emperor of the Sea.
Meanwhile, Buggy the Genius Jester is also one of the new Emperors due to Cross Guild. However, Crocodile and Mihawk are the true leaders behind the team.

‘One Piece’ is not on a break this week. Episode 1087 has not been delayed and will be released on the above-stated date.
2. Episode 1087 Speculation
Buggy is now an Emperor of the Sea as the leader of Cross Guild. However, Buggy is entirely under the control of both Mihawk and Crocodile. The Marines assume Buggy is the biggest threat and will likely focus on taking the Emperor down first.
Luffy is also en route to the island, so we can expect a three-way battle between the Straw Hats, Cross Guild and the Marines soon. Moreover, we have yet to see Shanks and his next move in finding the One Piece.

Nami punishes Luffy for putting everyone at risk by driving off the waterfall. Robin receives the latest newspaper with the updated wanted posters. Chopper’s bounty increased by 900 berries, and Nami’s reached 366 million.
Brook also has roughly the same amount, while Franky has reached 394 million berries. Usopp has a crazy 500 million berries, and Nico Robin has 930 million. Sanji has reached 1 billion 32 million, but Helmsman and Zoro easily beat him with 1 billion 100 million and above.
Throughout all this commotion, the Emperor of the Sea, Luffy, sits in a cage with a bounty of 3 billion berries. Meanwhile, at Emptee Bluffs Island, Buggy’s head is being held apart from the body. Crocodile and Hawkeye are keeping Buggy while he begs and cries.
Galdino awkwardly walks in, calling Crocodile his boss instead of Buggy. While Buggy was trying to flee the island, multiple Navy ships surrounded them. However, all the ships were taken down by Crocodile’s crew. Buggy’s henchmen had started cheering for the Genius Jester, but Crocodile was only there to collect his debt.
Buggy begged for more time to gather the money, but Crocodile refused. Buggy offered to work for Crocodile for free to pay his debt off, which he agreed to. The flyer that Buggy’s henchmen distributed had Buggy look like the boss, which pisses off Crocodile.
The Marines have already realized that Cross Guild is an extremely dangerous foe. Crocodile starts toying with Buggy’s head, and Mihawk says it’s good to have Buggy as the figurehead. Since all the focus will be on the Emperor of the Sea, Crocodile and Mihawk will be in the shadows.
