Momonosuke finally turns into his dragon form in episode 1047, titled “Ascend to the Dawn! A Pink Dragon Gets Agitated!”

It is finally here. Momo is a dragon now and will take Luffy to the top to fight Kaido again. Many battles were covered in the episode, and we got the whereabouts of all the Straw Hats.

Episode 1048 Speculations

Yamato will find some motivation to fight Kaido in episode 1048, titled “For the Future! Yamato and the Great Swordsmen’s Pledge.”

Yamato will be the main star of the next episode. The anime will stretch her fight for some more time. She doesn’t hold a chance against Kaido, but three samurais will show Yamato the path to glory.

We will get some flashbacks of the time when Yamato was a small kid. We will see how Oden and the other two samurais will push Yamato to go beyond her limits. It will take Luffy a minimum of two episodes to reach Kaido. I hope he reaches out to him sooner.

Episode 1047 Recap

Sanji and Zoro unleash a joint attack on Queen and King. Franky manages to take down Sasaki but is too worn out to continue fighting. At this time, Bepo enters the scene with his crew and starts fighting.

Hyogoro and Kawamatsu ensure that no one interferes with the fight between Sanji, Zoro, Queen, and King. Usopp falls off Speed, who was carrying Nami and Otama along with him.

Law and Kid fight Big Mom. Big Mom overwhelms them with the Haoshoku Haki. Usopp gets surrounded by enemies, but suddenly, they all faint because of Big Mom’s haki. However, they think that Usopp was the one behind the haki attack.

He claims that just like them, Momonosuke too will grow up and become the shogun of Wano. Everyone is shocked when they see a giant dragon in front of them. They think it is Kaido, but it is actually Momonosuke.

Momo has finally turned into a dragon that is strong and big. He used Shinobu’s Ripe-Ripe fruit to grow up, and now he is 28 years old. Luffy and Momo are now ready to get Wano back.
