One Piece recently released the 967th chapter of the series, titled “Roger’s Adventure.” This chapter finally showed Pirate King Gol D. Roger‘s journey to the dream destination of every pirate in One Piece – Raftel.

1. Chapter 968 Release Date

The next chapter of the series is going to be released on 19th January. This long hiatus is due to the festive season going on in Japan currently.

2. Chapter 968 Speculation

Since Chapter 967 showcased Roger’s Journey to “Raftel” in its entirety, the next chapter may jump back to the present. It may reveal what happened to the Strawhat Pirates and their 4200 strong samurai alliance the day before the Onigashima Battle.

3. Chapter 967 “Roger’s Adventure” Plot

The chapter begins at Water 7 in its glory, welcoming the Roger pirate crew. It is there that Nekomamushi and Inuarashi reveal to Roger that they have Red Poneglyph stored safely on Zou. Oden also tags along and tells Roger about his. Roger is shocked that the trio took so much time to reveal this. We are shown Tom-san, the best shipwright in the world, again.

The Roger pirates then head to Fishman Island because of Roger’s intuition, and they find 2 Poneglyphs there (Road and Normal). Shortly after this, Toki falls sick and is rushed to Wano. Oden wants to stay with her; however, Toki encourages him by telling her she will divorce him if he doesn’t finish his adventure.

Oden sets off with the Roger pirates again, with Nekomamushi and Inuarashi left-back on Zou to care for Toki. The Roger pirates then follow the vivre card for Zunisha, given by Inuarashi, to look for another Poneglyph. On the collection of all 4 Poneglyphs, the Roger Pirates set off to the final Island (without Buggy and Shanks) and finally uncover the legendary One Piece. It makes them laugh.

4. Chapter 967 Cover Page Story

The cover page for Chapter 967 took a break from Bege’s Pirate Crew, trying to search for Lola due to a special request from the Shonen Jump Office. It showcased Luffy & Crew celebrating the new year by playing a game of cards.

Usopp is in deep sleep, Sanji is serving the food and Robin can be seen carrying many trays using her devil fruit ability. Zoro, Brooks and Franky are cheering on the new year and Luffy, Nami and Chopper are eating the food. Zoro’s pre-time skip outfit stands out as he is the only character in his pre-time skip clothes.
