2. Spoilers of Chapter 1138 of One Piece

With long-standing fan theories about Shanks’ past and the hidden power struggles within the One-Piece world finally coming to light, these spoilers have reshaped everything we know about One Piece.

I. Shanks and Shamrock’s True Connection

Let’s start with the big one: Shanks has a twin brother. Yeah, you read that right. Shamrock, a high-ranking commander of the God’s Knights, reveals that he and Shanks were separated as kids. Unlike Shanks, who chose a life of freedom, Shamrock embraced his Celestial Dragon heritage.

This raises more questions about Shanks—why did he choose to reject his origins? And what does this mean for his place in the grand scheme of things? To make matters worse, Shamrock makes it clear that he sees Shanks as a traitor to his “true” lineage.

II. Shamrock’s Deadly Cerberus Blade

As if being Shanks’ brother wasn’t enough, Shamrock also wields one of the most terrifying weapons we’ve seen in One Piece—a sword infused with the power of the Cerberus Devil Fruit. This grants him the ability to summon a monstrous three-headed beast, each head wielding a blade in its jaws.

When Loki refuses to join the God’s Knights, Shamrock lets his Cerberus loose on him. This thing isn’t just a mindless beast either—it’s got a chilling resemblance to Moria’s zombies, but even more ruthless. After delivering a devastating blow, Shamrock and Gunko flee, setting the stage for an even bigger showdown in the near future.

III. Luffy Stands by Shanks

Back at Aurust Castle, the giant guards accuse Shanks of attacking them, and Luffy isn’t having any of it. He immediately jumps to Shanks’ defense, refusing to believe his idol could do something so dishonorable. Nami teases him about his blind loyalty, comparing it to her unwavering trust in Bell-mère. This whole scene really highlights Luffy’s faith in Shanks, but it also raises some interesting questions—could someone be impersonating Shanks?

Meanwhile, a mysterious figure, who was last seen drinking with Crocus, is approaching the castle. His connection to all of this is still unknown, but his presence hints that something big is about to go down.

IV. The Adam Tree’s Hidden Mural

While all of this chaos is unfolding, Franky and Ripley stumble upon something huge—the Adam Tree, but with a massive, fossilized mural carved into its bark. According to Ripley, these drawings date back 800 to 900 years, possibly straight from the lost century. The artwork includes a mermaid princess, a humanoid robot similar to Emeth, and a strange long-eared creature.

What’s weird is that none of these figures resemble giants, which is what you’d expect to find in Elbaph. So, what does this mean? Could these be remnants of an ancient civilization tied to the Void Century?

V. The Sacred Book “Harley” and Its Prophecy

In the Owl Library, Saul hands Robin an ancient book called “Harley,” which supposedly contains Elbaph’s most sacred texts. What really catches Robin’s attention is the book’s symbol—a sun emblem eerily similar to the one from Kuma’s flashback. According to Saul, the god of the sun appears in multiple legends across different cultures, and “Harley” divides history into three distinct “worlds.”

As Robin begins decoding the text, she finds cryptic descriptions of past events that could hold the key to the lost century. The first world describes how humanity defied a forbidden sun and was punished by a wrathful deity, engulfed in flames. The second world tells of a forest deity that sent demons to fight the sun while the people of the moon and half-moon dreamed of a better future. Humanity eventually killed the sun and declared themselves gods, which enraged the sea deity.

Finally, the third world represents the present, where chaos leads to emptiness. The sun god dances and laughs, guiding the world toward its end, but the text hints at a rebirth—suggesting that the sun will return and bring forth a new dawn. This final passage suggests a rebirth of the sun god, which could be tied to Nika, Joy Boy, or even Luffy himself. If this prophecy is accurate, we might be heading toward an era-defining event.

One Piece Chapter 1138 isn’t just another lore dump—it’s a turning point. Shanks’ past is more complicated than anyone imagined, and Shamrock’s introduction shakes up everything we thought we knew about him. Meanwhile, the “Harley” book could hold the answers to the Void Century and Luffy’s ultimate destiny. With so many revelations packed into one chapter, everyone is on the edge of the seat.

3. About One Piece

One Piece is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine since July 22, 1997.

The man who had acquired everything in this world, the Pirate King, is Gol D. Roger. The final words he said at the execution tower were “My treasures? If you want it, I’ll let you have it. Look for it; I left all of it at that place.” These words sent many to the seas, chasing their dreams, headed toward the Grand Line, in search of One Piece. Thus began a new age!

Seeking to be the greatest pirate in the world, young Monkey D. Luffy also heads toward the Grand Line in search of One Piece. His diverse crew is joining him along the way, consisting of a swordsman, marksman, navigator, cook, doctor, archaeologist, and cyborg-shipwright, this will be one memorable adventure.
