Elder Jaygarcia appears in chapter 1073 of One Piece, titled “Miss Buckingham Stussy.”
It was an interesting chapter. Although it was quite short, many events occurred, from Stussy’s attack on Lucci to Vegapunk’s disappearance and the marine’s attack on Sphinx.
Stussy was an undercover agent for Vegapunk inside CP0 for nearly two decades, which is really cool. Weevil tried to defend Sphinx as Marco was absent, but the marine managed to take away all of Whitebeard’s wealth.

1. Chapter 1074 Raw Scans, Leaks
The complete raw scans and spoilers for chapter 1074 of One Piece are out. The chapter is titled Mark 3.
The chapter starts by showing CP0 agents who are being attacked by 50 units of Pacifista model called ‘Mark III,’ which is also the reference used in the title. The Pacifistas use a technique called Bubble Shield. These new ones are far superior to the prototypes used in the Paramount War. Sentomaru let out these Pacifistas to help Vegapunk escape Egghead Island with the Straw Hat crew.
Stussy reaches the Strawhats with the 4 Seraphim, Lucci and Kaku (sleeping). The others go in search of Vegapunk except for Luffy and Zoro. Luffy is too tired, and no one wants Zoro to get lost, so the duo stay while guarding Lucci and Kaku.
Bonney, on the other hand, is in a world of memories where she sees the shadow of some castle and some Tenryuubito. She sees a young Kuma who is being abused by others. He is being threatened that if he doesn’t return somewhere, the people he knows will be killed.
At the lab, Pythagoras is searching for the real Vegapunk. A part of the building explodes. The Frontier Dome barriers are down, and the clones can’t fix them anymore.
Outside Egghead Island, Vivi is inside the World Economy News Papers’ ship with Morgans and Wapol. Morgans is planning on the next headline, “Straw Hat Luffy” took Vegapunk as hostage, took over Egghead Island and is about to start a war against the Marines.”
Vivi is angry at him as Luffy won’t do something like that, but Morgan only cares about the money from the World Government. He declares that the truth or lie doesn’t matter since newspaper is only for entertainment.
2. Chapter 1074 Discussion
Kizaru and Jaygarcia will sit down to have a cup of tea in chapter 1074 of One Piece. I am interested to see what conversation they will have. An elder has now come into the picture, and I am only expecting things to get a little crazier.
Vegapunk’s Stella has disappeared somewhere, and it is getting late for the Straw Hats. They must leave the island as the marine will soon join the CP0. Stella’s disappearance at a time like this raises a lot of questions.

Lucci is shocked by Stussy’s sudden attack. He immediately attacks her, but she uses tricks to fool him and manages to have a bite. Stussy reports to Vegapunk about the current developments.
Shaka tells the Straw Hats that Stussy has been their spy for nearly two decades. Still, they are unable to control the seraphim. Zoro moves ahead to fight them.
Edison gets got in the crossfire, but Sanji manages to save him. The seraphims stop fighting because Stussy put a sea prism stone on Lucci and Kaku. However, Vegapunk’s Stella is nowhere to be found.
At Sphinx, which is Whitebeard’s hometown, some kids tell Marco about the sudden invasion of the Marines on the island. They wanted to seize the vast treasure Whitebeard kept there.
They are about to kill an old lady just to get out the information. Suddenly, Weevil unleashes an attack on the Marines. They are taken aback by this sudden attack. Unwantedly, they had to retreat.
Miss Buckin appears in front of Marco, telling him that Admiral Ryokugyu came and took away everything, including Weevil. She cries for her son and tells Marco that Vegapunk is the one who can prove that Weevil and Whitebeard are related.
Kizaru meets Jaygarcia Saturn, one of the five elders and asks him whether he has ever met Vegapunk. Saturn replies that he did meet Vegapunk a long time ago, and the recent turn of events has been most regrettablee.
