There is still a possibility that Who’s Who will be alive after that battle. However, it will not be for long as he is the main target of the CP0, who won’t let him live.

Chapter 1018, titled “Jinbe vs. Who’s Who,” starts off with Kaido’s men targeting Otama for turning their allies against them by using her Devil Fruit powers.
Daifugo and Horsella come to her rescue and take her to safety along with Nami and Usopp. Zeus has finally restored his bond with Nami, who no longer thinks of him as a servant but as a partner.
The CP0 continues to analyze the battlefield. They are surprised to see how the tide of the battle keeps changing every passing minute.
However, they state how the victor of this battle is of no consequence to them. They claim to be there just to confirm the death of one person, that is Who’s Who, a rogue escapee.
Meanwhile, Who’s Who is going at it against Jinbei. He continues to tell him how his resentment towards Shanks has spread to Luffy, as Luffy wears the same Straw Hat and has eaten the Devil Fruit he was supposed to guard.
While battling each other, Who’s Who is amazed by Jinbei’s strengths. However, he mockingly passes discriminatory comments at him.
Who’s Who continues to quench his curiosity disrespectfully. He even gets intrusive and blatantly asks Jinbei about the Fishmen and their history of being slaves.
The episode ends with Jinbei being enraged at Who’s Who and continues to attack him viciously as he feels like he crossed a line that should not have been crossed.
