Skylar revealed that he always wanted a One-Piece-inspired tattoo but was confused. That’s when Taz decided to ask our dear mangaka for help, and Oda agreed to his request.

“When we went to have dinner with Oda in Japan, I wanted to get a One Piece tattoo for a while. There’s so much to choose from that I’m like, what’s the thing? Like, what is the one thing I want to get tattooed? So, I asked him if he could draw us something specific, draw this specifically for us to get.” And they received their tattoos when they got back from Japan.

According to Taz, each figure of the tattoo corresponds to a letter, and together, it spells ‘One Piece’. Pretty cool if you think about it, huh?
