Astro Bot has many interesting and enigmatic stages. The Downsize Surprise is where Astro can free the Bots and obtain the collectibles. There are interestingly cameo bots in Downsize surprise.
The Downsize Surprise can be accessed after the Go-Go Archipelago stage in Astro Bot. Like most stages, there are seven Bots but also three puzzle pieces. The shrinking (mouse power-up) makes things interesting.
There are seven collectibles in Downsize Surprise, and they can be found at-

Downsize Surprise Bot #1
You can head to the second area to find the first Bot and look at the tree. You will see the Bot trapped in a cage hanging from the tree. Shrink, sneak into the cage and return to the normal size to break it open and save the Bot.
Downsize Surprise Bot Puzzle Piece #1
To get to the first puzzle, you need ot head inside the tree trunk. You need to defeat all enemies and then use the cable to get it to open up. Then, you can enter and find the puzzle piece.
Downsize Surprise Bot #2
After Astro reaches the second area, there will be many crates. You can shrink in size and will be able to enter a crack and head inside the passage. After heading in, grow in size and use a punch to reveal the second Bot.
Downsize Surprise Puzzle Piece #2
The second Puzzle Piece is inside the Air Conditioner. Astro can get there by performing the spin punch in the mouse form. Astro will reach another stage by doing so and by climbing the edges of the wall, the AC can be reached.
Downsize Surprise Bot #3
In the bedroom, shrink down and go under the bed’s covers. Now, grow back in size to displace the covers; in doing so, Astro will be able to discover a Bot.
Downsize Surprise Bot #4
When you exit the bedroom make sure to take a look out. You can find a Bot hanging on the wall of the building.
Downsize Surprise Bot #5
Climb the tree after getting Bot #4 out (still shrunken in size). There is a nest at the top with a cameo Bot. The Bot is based on Katamari games.
Downsize Surprise Bot #6
Head to the area with the green frog; it is near the cat and mouse area. Use Dual Sense behind the frog to start bubbles.
Hop on one of the bubbles after downsizing and stay there to reach the Bot trapped in the cage. Go back to normal size and get the Bot free.
Downsize Surprise Bot #7
To find this Bot, Astro has to climb and reach the stage exit. The Bot will be hanging on the ledge of the giant clock.
Downsize Surprise Puzzle Piece #3
The last puzzle – puzzle no.3 is at the top of the giant clock.
