After Buddy Daddies and Technoroid: Overmind, prepare yourselves for another original anime series. And this one promises to be as action-packed as the currently ongoing shonen anime.
A new hero team that fights with strange creatures wearing hard hats and harem pants will arrive this spring.
On Friday, the official website for The Marginal Service released a new promo video with a new visual. The video reveals more staff members and the release date of April 11. It also previews the opening song for the series.
In the trailer, Brian Nightraider can be seen chasing a felon, who kills himself. He later receives a letter and enters the office of The Marginal Service. There, he teams up with other members to fight against strange alien creatures.
Mamoru Miyano, who voices Brian Nightraider has performed the opening song “Quiet Explosion”. Other cast members are listed below:

The new visual shows all the main characters in their uniforms. All of them are holding power tools like drill guns and nail guns, giving the appearance of construction workers. The differently-colored outfits give off a Super Sentai vibe.
Among the newly introduced staff, Yūsuke Seo is joining as the music composer, with Giraffe Kick Studio as the music producing studio. Studio 3Hz will produce the anime with Masayuki Sakoi as the director, Kenta Ihara as the screenwriter, and Yoshio Kosakai as the character designer.
Although not much about the story has been revealed, the combination of investigators in their unique outfits makes me curious to have a look at it once it comes out.
About The Marginal Service
The Marginal Service is an upcoming original anime by Cygames and produced by Studio 3Hz. It will be directed by Masayuki Sakoi and is slated for a 2023 premiere.
It revolves around an eccentric group that includes some men, a woman, and even a squirrel. They all are from different backgrounds and part of a ‘bad new service.’
