Entering the multiverse, Peter Parker sure is going for some pizzazz! The new Empire Magazine cover features him in a red, black and golden suit, giving us the good ol’ over the shoulder look.
Plus, you can’t miss hints of all the enemies he is to encounter in No Way Home — Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and Electro.
This may be the first time we’re seeing the red, black and gold suit on the live-action character, but hints of this suit came in a long time ago when Marvel released their upcoming merchandise.
From deductions, this could be the “Integrated” suit that was teased in the Funko Pop. The Pop costume itself had a few elements from Doctor Strange’s mystic arts and it only makes sense that the real Spidey suit has it as well. (And, of course, with a few handy Iron Man upgrades!)
While some fans have commented that Spider-Man seems to have far too many suits/upgrades, could the plethora of new suits in No Way Home indicate more than one Peter wears it? Hmm.
The official trailer has already teased some of the villains to come, which the Empire Magazine cover only confirms. But again, like with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, fans are trying to manifest appearances of other villains as well.
But the intuitive fans may not be far off. A separate Empire Magazine cover exclusive to subscribers has elements that confirmed Sandman as well. A few other hints also point to The Lizard and Mysterio.
We can’t seem to shake off rumors of Venom making a cameo too!
At this point, speculations about No Way Home are hyping the movie to be larger than life itself. With Eternals’ theatrical release due for November 5, we might get a new and final trailer for No Way Home around the same time.
If Marvel wants to throw some breadcrumbs our way after that, we’re not going to say no!
