Tom Hiddleston’s beloved God of Mischief – Loki, seems to finally meet his end in Avengers: Infinity War. However, the Avengers’ time travel mishaps in Avengers: Endgame allowed Marvel Studios to give Loki his own Disney+ series.
The 1st season of Loki focused on this version of Tom Hiddleston’s trickster as he worked with the Time Variance Authority to stop Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino), a female version of himself.
As a result, a story exploring multiple timelines came into being before the multiverse cracked itself.
Marvel Studios knew Loki would be a hit and that there was still room for more, which is why the Season 1 finale included confirmation of a Season 2.
To explore the multiverse in Loki Season 2, the series will make surprising connections to the MCU and Marvel comics as well.
Loki season 2 set photos have already revealed that an obscure villain known as Zaniac might appear on the show. Many eagerly anticipate what Easter eggs will be revealed in Season 2 after getting everything from Thorg to Thanos’ chopper in Season 1.
New Loki season 2 set photos reference Kumail Nanjiani’s Eternals character—Kingo.
As Loki Season 2 filming continues, more set photos appear online. Previously, Tom Hiddleston’s Loki and Owen Wilson’s Mobius appeared in tuxedos at a movie theater-themed event.
A movie poster for Sarosh Ke Putra, also known as Son of Sarosh, starring Kingo can be seen in the second image.

Fans of the MCU will be able to recognize Kumail Nanjiani’s Kingo from the Bollywood movie poster in Loki Season 2. The same poster appeared in Eternals aboard Kingo’s private plane.
Son of Sarosh is one of the many movies that the Eternal starred in under a previous guise.
Because Loki Season 2 photos appeared to be set in the 1970s, we now know that this is one of Kingo’s films made in this period. Additionally, around this time, Kingo meets Karun Patel, who becomes his loyal assistant.
Kingo references seem to be becoming increasingly popular in upcoming Phase 4 projects. A Kingo poster was also revealed in set photos for The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. As of now, Kumail Nanjiani has not filmed any additional MCU appearances.
Despite Kingo being taken away by Arishem in Eternals’ ending, the multiverse aspect of Loki Season 2 might have room for Kumail Nanjiani to make an appearance without continuity errors.
