It hasn’t been very long since the last promo of “The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World” anime revealed the additional cast, the staff, and the ending song for the series.
On Thursday, the official website for the anime series unveiled a new promotional teaser and a new visual. The new video reveals not only the opening song but also the exact release date. “The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World” will release on January 5, 2023.
The twenty-second teaser showcases the opening song “Dystopia”, performed by the musical project Sizuk. Maaya Uchida will perform the ending song “Loudhailer”.

Cloud Hearts will handle the production and animation aspects of the series. Masahiro Takata will be the director and will also compose the scripts. Makoto Shimojima is designing the characters. As for the music, Tatsuhiko Saiki and Natsumi Tabuchi will compose it.
“The Iceblade Sorcer Shall Rule the World” opens on January 5 on TBS and BS11. Multiple streaming platforms will also air the series, with Crunchyroll simulcasting it.

The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World is a novel series written by Nana Mikoshiba. Its light novel series is illustrated by Riko Korie, while the manga is illustrated by Norihito Sasaki. Both the light novel and the manga are published by Kodansha.
It follows the most powerful soldier, the Iceblade Sorcerer whose real name is Ray White. Three years after leading the country to victory, Ray decides to live a normal life and enrolls at the prestigious Arnold Academy.
