Shintaro’s life was pretty dull, like unsalted rice, until Towa, a girl with an otherworldly aura, crash-landed on his balcony. From that moment on, his days were spiced up with divine dilemmas: burnt offerings (her questionable cooking skills) and holy couture crises (her clothes were literally out of this world).
It felt like a sacred sitcom, and Shintaro was the unwitting protagonist, navigating through the heavenly chaos with the grace of a cat on a skateboard.
A short commercial was revealed for the ‘Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included’ anime. The anime will air starting April 6, 2024.
In the promotional commercial, you can hear part of SoundOrion’s ending theme song ‘Sunny Canvas.’ The video also reveals the characters from the anime.
The debut of the anime is set for early April, with the first episode scheduled to be aired on March 30, 2024. Subsequent episodes will be released on a weekly basis, but the details of the global streaming platform are yet to be revealed.

The animation was truly impressive, and the characters were delightful and cheerful. However, the plot may not be as enthralling as one might expect. Nevertheless, if you’re in the mood for something fun to watch, I’d still recommend giving it a go.

“Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included” is a manga series written and illustrated by Matoba. The story revolves around Shintarou Tokumitsu, a high schooler living alone. The manga is getting an anime adaptation, which is set to premiere in the spring of 2024.
His life takes an unexpected turn when a girl named Towa, who is actually an angel, shows up on his balcony. Towa came down to the human world at her god’s command to learn about it. Despite finding her strange at first, Shintarou gradually comes to live with her in his studio, and they become closer.
