Netflix had announced that season two will premiere in 2020, back in November 2019. It was previously scheduled to broadcast in August 2020, but it was delayed due to the pandemic.
Anime TV’s official Twitter account announced on August 3 that season two of Beastars has been scheduled for January 2021.
The second season will see the following Cast:

The plot for season two will feature the Murder Incident Solution, the manga’s third arc. After narrowly surviving his fight with Shishigumi and rescuing Haru, Legoshi begins his search for Tem’s murderer.
As he comes closer to solving the mystery, Legoshi realizes that to confront the person responsible for it, he must train both his body and mind.
At the end of season one, Louis was reported missing by the papers and the audience last saw him was during the confrontation with Shishigumi.
One of the biggest mysteries of the show Tem’s killer, who was supposedly the dark figure throwing blood, packs into the trash in the final scene.
He runs into Legoshi, who says that everyone was waiting for him. This suggests that the killer is a member of the drama club.
Beastars recently revealed key visuals for season two. All these announcements have fans excited and waiting for the season to drop.

Beastars is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Paru Itagaki.
It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Champion since September 2016, with its chapters collected in 19 tankōbon volumes as of July 2020.
The story takes place in a world of modern, civilized, anthropomorphic animals with a cultural divide between carnivores and herbivores.
It follows the story of Legoshi, a large grey wolf, a timid and quiet student of Cherryton Academy, where he lives in a dorm with several other carnivore students, including his outgoing Labrador friend, Jack.
One day that no one saw coming, Tem the alpaca is brutally murdered and devoured in the night, setting off a wave of unease and distrust between the herbivore and carnivore students.
