Sasuke and Sakura meet up to exchange their findings in chapter 5 of Sasuke’s story. Sasuke discovers the meaning behind the constellation paintings from the Map of The Heavens and tells Sakura about it. Sakura also reveals her plan, the reason for their rendezvous, and they both disguise themselves to meet Zansul.
Sasuke is able to sneak in and search the secret space in Zansul’s office while Sakura distracts him. He makes a dumbfounding discovery behind a door as Zansul approaches ominously.

Chapter 6 Speculation
Sasuke is perplexed, rightfully so, about what he found in the secret space in Zansul’s office. Unfortunately, Zansul is coming downstairs as well and in the next chapter, we will be seeing Sasuke stuck inside, trying to hide from him, perhaps using genjutsu to disguise himself as one of the chickens.
The mystery behind the chickens will probably be revealed. Since Sasuke is stuck inside, he will observe exactly why they are being kept there. One possibility is some kind of mutation which makes these harmless fowl species into monsters like Meno.
The progress might be related to creating an army of such creatures as Kakashi said that Redaku’s Prime Minister is preparing for war.
Sakura and Sasuke are one step closer to finding out more about the ultra particles as they found the first hint of the tailed beasts. The connection between the constellations, Tartar the Astronomer, and the Sage of Six Paths is going to be soon revealed, and the next chapter is much awaited.

Yes, chapter 5 of Naruto: Sasuke’s Story is on a break this week. According to the bi-weekly schedule, a new chapter is released every other week, so it will be released on the above-mentioned date.
Recap of Chapter 5
Sasuke reads the constellation order deciphered by Sakura and her note asking for a meetup the day after. In their cell, Jiji accurately predicts Meno’s arrival as Penzila groans in frustration. He asks how Jiji always knows when Meno is going to visit their cell. Jiji tells them that his girlfriend likes riding horses, so he is also familiar with animals.
He takes the almond branch Ganno had and lures Meno with it. As everyone is astonished that the beast really obeyed, Jiji tells them that since he has always seen Meno under the almond tree, he knows he likes its scent. Jiji asks everyone to pet him, but only Ganno is brave enough to do it. Though, seeing Meno so docile, Penzila decides to give it a go as well.
However, as soon as he arrives near the cell gates, Sasuke tells him to look out, and Meno lashes at him. In the scruffle to get Penzila back fast, they knock over the oil lamp, and some of the oil gets on Meno, and he runs away.
Penzila, now scared, asks why Meno lashed out at him, and Sasuke tells him it was because his foot was out of the cell, which Meno must have counted as him trying to leave the cell.
As the other three inmates are talking, Sasuke reignites the lamp secretly with his genjutsu. As he looks at the orange flame, he recalls that the Watch Fire Card had flames of similar color, almost like the nine-tailed Fox’s tail. Sasuke is then hit with a sudden revelation.
Sasuke meets up with Sakura the next day and reveals to her that the first ten constellations from the book actually represent the ten different-tailed beasts.
They realize that each painting does indeed correspond to the beasts in some way or another. They now only have to decipher the meaning of the final two paintings; Tartar the Astronomer and Sage of Six Paths.
Sasuke asks Sakura why she wanted to meet up, and she discloses her plan to sneak into Zansul’s office. She tells him that a messenger from the capital is coming to the observatory.
Sasuke recalls that Kakashi’s intel found that Redaku’s prime minister is conspiring with Queen Menari to start a war. Sakura tells him she can disguise herself as the messenger and have a face-to-face with Zansul.
Sakura goes to receive Fandal, the official who came to deliver the message. Sakura probes him for information and gets to know that he wants to inquire about the “progress” from Zansul. She takes him to an empty room and knocks him out, disguising herself as him. Sasuke transforms into Fandal’s staff.
Once inside Zansul’s office, Sakura distracts him and rolls Sasuke into the adjoining room so he can investigate the secret space in the meantime. Sakura continues to make conversation with Zansul to distract him as Sasuke makes a key to get into the locked room.
Zansul responds to the message and tells her that progress is good. He says to tell the prime minister that he can have the assets in the capital in a few days once he gets the formal request.
Zansul suddenly grows suspicious and asks Sakura where her staff went. As Sasuke opens the door, Sakura takes out the real staff from her cloak and shows it to him.
Sasuke descends into the secret space and comes across an iron door. He opens it and is confused to see dozens of chickens and piles of what seemed like rocks inside. Seeing such a bewildering sight, he wonders what this is all for. Zansul comes down the stairs with a lamp.
