You’ll find multiple Nornir Chests throughout your entire journey in God of War: Ragnarok. Some of them are easy to unlock while the others are a tad bit tricky. You need to complete puzzles involving the runes on the chest for each of them. You’ll find one of these chests when you return to Svartalfheim, in the Myrkr Tunnels.
In order to unlock the Nornir Chest in the Myrkr Tunnels in Svartalfheim, you’ll have to light torches depicting the runes on the chest using your Blades of Chaos. They’re not that hard to find but we’ll guide you through all of their locations below.
Here are the locations of all the rune torches you need to light in order to unlock the Myrkr Tunnels Nornir Chest:
First Torch
You’ll find the first torch opposite the chest. Just turn around from facing the chest and you’ll notice the rune torch. Light it using the Blades of Chaos.
Second Torch
You’ll find the second torch on the left of the chest but this one’s a bit tricky. The torch is too far for the Blades of Chaos to reach. Use Freya’s Sigil Arrows to make a path towards the torch. Not that you can make the bubbles bigger by firing another arrow in the middle of the bubble. Light the bubbles with the Blades of Chaos and the torch will automatically light up.
Third Torch
The third chest is in the hallway opposite the chest and it’s hidden behind some boxes and barrels. Break them and then light the rune torch using the Blades of Chaos.
Light the three torches and you’ll successfully open the Nornir Chest. These chests are very important as they provide valuable resources to increase your maximum health and your maximum rage.
