Katase gets a gift from everyone in the department, a box of cookies to appreciate all her work. She runs into Shinozaki taking a break in the break room, asking if he prefers bears or bunnies and handing him a chocolate bear.

The following day, Katase is the first to reach and gets into a weird situation with Shinozaki that the boss, Hayakawa, walks into. The boss notices their chemistry throughout the day and organizes a drinking party after work.

His intentions are purely to set them up in a romantic situation, and he follows them into the venue. The two get put into several seats, but neither notices the romantic situation.

Time flows exceptionally quickly, and Katase suggests going back since they had work in the morning. Shinozaki smoothly offers to walk her to the station and wraps up the night perfectly. The following night, surprise rain hits the town, and Shinozaki is the only one who brings an umbrella that both of them share on the way back to the company.

He tries to force some conversation since he panics when it’s silent, but she reassures him it’s okay. After reaching the station, she reveals she had an umbrella. The following day, the rain takes its toll, with Shinozaki catching a cold after being in the rain prompting Katase to visit him and even prepare a meal for him.

She takes care of him the entire time, tidies up, and even does the laundry, ensuring he gets better before finally leaving in the evening. After getting better, Shinozaki receives a gift to give his senpai as a token of thanks for everything she did while he was sick, but he panics at the time of giving.

Eventually he musters up the courage to give her his gift, an apron, and she is pleased with it. While the situation seems flustered, the manager teases them even further.

Shinozaki, an office worker, has just received a new job offer, but work turns out to be very tough. He struggles at his workplace until a very strict yet cute senpai takes him under her wing. Katase knows the ins and outs of the job, but Shinozaki hopes that his senpai will pay him more attention outside of work matters too.
