Now that the competition has ended, it’s time for everyone in the office to relax. Akina will likely throw a victory party and take out the entire department for a treat somewhere. They could have their trip to the beach to make up for Okinawa.

This would be the best scenario for Shinozaki since he would finally be able to see Katase in a swimsuit. Moreover, we may see more developments between Akina and Hayakawa, who have slowly gotten closer.

Shinozaki comes in the morning looking extremely overworked and anxious. He’s been pressured by the competition and the burden of saving Akina’s position. Katase notices his worry and comforts him.

He notices Kurusu getting nervous about the competition and asks Katase to check on her. She sneaks up on Kurusu during overtime and makes casual conversation with her. She asks Katase if anything troubles her at work and opens up to her.

Kurusu can’t make an illustration but is scared to tell her boss, and Katase asks her to be honest. The entire Group 1 comes together the following day to help her out. Katase realizes how nice Shinozaki is for worrying about others, even during the competition.

On the day of the actual contest, Hayakawa finishes a meowtaro costume for Shinozaki to wear. Katase starts freaking out more about the competition than Shinozaki, and it’s his turn to calm her down. Kurusu finishes her proposal on stage, and Hayakawa introduces Shinozaki to the stage.

They base their presentation around the concept of friendship, promoting Meowtaro as a friend. The audience loves the presentation and ends up tying for the excellence award. Kurusu begins crying in disappointment, but they’re all happy about their win.

Yamagishi’s team wins the most prestigious prize, shocking everyone there. The competition ends, and Akina announces a victory party for the office.

Shinozaki, an office worker, has just received a new job offer, but work turns out to be very tough. He struggles at his workplace until a very strict yet cute senpai takes him under her wing.
