My One-Hit Kill Sister is based on the light novels by Konoe. Originally published on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in 2019, Konoe later launched a manga adaptation with Kenji Taguchi as the illustrator.
The manga is published online on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry website. It is also published in print in the Monthly Sunday Gene-X magazine.

My One-Hit Kill Sister is the anime adaptation of Konoe’s light novel series ‘One Turn Kill Sister in Another World: I Started Living in Another World with My Older Sister.’
