In Episode 25, titled ‘The High, Deep Blue Sky,’ more details about Doctor Ujiko’s research was revealed. We learnt how dangerous Shigaraki’s power is going to be if the experiment is successful.
All this while, Hawks continued to spy on the villains, aiming to get any kind of useful information on Doctor Ujiko’s experiment on Shigaraki.
The episode returned to its happy spirits with students of class 1-A showing the skills they had learnt during the Work-Studies Programme.
Another much-awaited moment was when Aizawa comforted All Might, as it doesn’t usually happen. The episode ended with a cliffhanger when Doctor Ujiko revealed that Tomura only needs some final touches.

Episode 26 Preview & Speculation
It appears Deku is going to learn Nana’s quirk in the next season. With both All Might and Gran Torino familiar with Nana’s quirk, he will likely end up mastering this quicker than Blackwhip.
The students have finally figured out the real purpose of doing the Work-Studies Programme, but no one is aware of what’s coming their way, not even the heroes.
Furthermore, what’s happening to Eri seems like what Doctor Ujiko was talking about. The quirk is so advanced that she cannot control it.
The nurse that Doctor Ujiko was talking to seems like a spy that Hawks has likely set. It feels like his experiment will be messed up at the end-stage by Hawks or someone else.
It’s difficult to predict at this point what’s going to happen next. Season 6 will continue the Meta Liberation arc. The fans are all hyped up about what’s going to happen between the heroes and Paranormal Liberation Front.
Episode 26 Release Date
Episode 26 of My Hero Academia (2021) will be released as a part of season 6. Though there has been no news about the release date, we expect it to release in summer 2022.
Recently, a 15-seconds teaser for season 6, featuring Izuku Midoriya and Tomura Shigaraki, was dropped by the official Twitter handle of ‘My Hero Academia.’
Episode 25 Recap
Hawks attends the celebration meeting, announcing the formation of the Paranormal Liberation Front. After the conference, Tomura meets Doctor Ujiko, who is about to conduct the experiment on him.
Doctor Ujiko reveals that he was originally conducting this research on All For One, but with the generations, quirks mixed and became more complex.
While setting up the machine, he continues to say that the procedure will take four months of hellish pain.
Once completed, Tomura will have One For All’s power that All For One could never make his own. In the present, class 1-A are out in the sun, showing off all the improvements they’ve achieved during their Work-Studies Programme.
Katsuki and Shoto show their increased speed while, on the other hand, Izuku successfully unleashes a wide array of Blackwhip. Meanwhile, Aizawa and Mic discuss what they recently discovered about Nomus and Kurogiri.
Suddenly, Mirio and Tamaki arrive and inform Eri’s horn has started to act up again. Aizawa pats Eri on the head and calms her down. All Might summons Izuku, Bakugou in a room, and congratulates the two for their achievements.
All Might hands them a notebook containing information on the past successors of One For All. Bakugou looks in the book and discovers that the Blackwhip user is the fifth user named Daigoro Banjo, who used the quirk to capture and midair maneuvers.
Bakugou concludes that none of the other users appear to have strong quirks. All Might agrees with him, explaining that All For One was stuck on One For All.
He continues to say that the past users entrusted the power to the future, calling them the ‘ones who were entrusted.’
Bakugou says that makes sense since they all died young. All Might says that he will help Izuku learn the quirk, Float, that was used by his master, Nana Shimura. The day ends, and everyone at U.A. enjoy the hot pot party.
While sitting with everyone, Izuku realizes that he is too blessed. Later that day, Aizawa tells All Might that he will start Eri’s training from the following week. All Might offers to help, and Aizawa thanks him.
Meanwhile, Hawks continues to try and investigate Tomura’s backer, using the keyword ‘Hospital.’ At the Jaku General Hospital, Doctor Ujiko tells a nurse that his research is going well and needs only some final touches.
