The end of Episode 10 of My Hero Academia anime left fans wondering how will Izuku manage to save himself and others from such massive and destructive power.
In Episode 11, we saw how Shinso and Uraraka helped him calm his nerves down. He remembered the words of the Fourth that he should control his heart.
We also saw an old memory of him when he was training with All Might at the beach for the UA entrance exam.
On the other hand, Monoma tried to copy Izuku’s One for All quirk but failed. Uraraka successfully prisoned three of the five members of the Class B team. After an intense match, Class A was announced as the winning team.
We bring you the latest episode updates for this anime.
1. Episode 12 Preview & Speculation
I was so hyped up to see Monoma try and use Deku’s quirk and fail but was disappointed when Uraraka said it was a bluff.
I wonder if it’s even possible for Monoma to copy One for All? I mean, the quirk itself is just the ability to cultivate and pass down power. Monoma said that it was a ‘blank.’ What does that mean?
I hope Deku’s development of mastering All For One doesn’t get halted. But it makes sense why he said so, considering it has been said before that a body can’t handle multiple quirks. But still, I wouldn’t like dragging it out for too long.

I. Is My Hero Academia (2021) on Break This Week?

3. Episode 11 Recap
As Izuku unleashes his full One For All power, All Might informs Aizawa and Vlad King, and asks them to stop him. Meanwhile, Uraraka hugs Izuku and tries to calm him down. She asks Shinso to use his ‘Brainwashing’ Quirk on Izuku.
Aizawa suggests waiting and continue the fifth match. He says that if things go out of hand, he himself will pull Izuku out.
He comments that Shinso’s quirk stopped One For All in the past, so if it’s a type of quirk, he can stop it. Aizawa says every student is determined to win, so they should not interrupt the match.
Shinso pulls Izuku using his capture weapon, and Izuku resists himself from using his quirk as he could put everyone in danger.
Ochaco suggests to withdraw, but Izuku doesn’t want to lose. Ochaco asks him if he will fight quirkless, to which Izuku refuses. Ochaco realizes that Izuku has a plan, and then Izuku asks her for a favor.
Ashido attacks with Acid Shots. Yui blocks her attack with a shield. In response, Shoda fires a twin impact, but Mineta blocks the Twin Impact using Grape Buckler.
Mineta reveals that the balls he threw will act as a trampoline for him and a trap for the opponents.
While Izuku and Ochaco escape the attacks, Monoma appears and tries to copy Izuku’s One For All. Izuku remembers when All Might told him that a body unprepared for such power would not be able to handle it.
Ochaco then uses her Gunhead martial arts technique to smack Monoma. As he falls on the ground, she tells Izuku that it’s not his power but just a bluff.
Shinso appears and tries to rescue Monoma, but Izuku manages to get a hold of him. Shinso comments that they haven’t fought since the sports festival. Izuku calls Shinso a threat.
The fight between them intensifies, and Izuku again unleashes One For All. He says that he is not scared of his power anymore. He remembers words of the Fourth that he should control his heart.
As All Might watches him fighting with Shinso, he realizes that Izuku’s power is different from earlier. He wonders what happened. Suddenly Izuku’s power disappears, and Shinso gets a chance to escape.
Meanwhile, Ochaco quickly puts Monoma in prison and rushes to help Izuku. Ochaco remembers that Izuku asked her to make him weightless and help Mineta and Ashido. So, she changes her path and goes the other way to help them.
After an intense match, all of Class B’s members are caught. Midnight announces the result that Class A has one in the fifth match and overall class battle as well.
In the end, Izuku thanks Shinso and Ochaco for saving him when he overpowered himself.
