The Boku no Hero Academia manga recently concluded the violent clash between the League of Villains, led by Tomura Shigaraki, and the Meta Liberation Army, led by Re-Destro. Once the dust settled, the remnants of the MLA were forced to join the LOV, which gave birth to a new name: the Paranormal Liberation Front.
Chapter 258, titled “Friends,” gives us information about the new rankings within the PLF. The Paranormal Liberation Front is led by Shigaraki with 4 sub-divisions. Twice, Dabi, Himiko Toga, Compress & Spinner will lead those divisions.
Thanks to Hawks’ efforts as an undercover agent, the Pro Heroes received the new structuring within the Paranormal Liberation Front. Since his tip to Endeavor on the attack, two months have passed and here’s what he found out:
The Paranormal Liberation Front will be lead by Tomura Shigaraki with 4 ability-specific divisions lead by original members of the League of Villains.
Twice will lead the division named Black, which will focus on the tactical application of quirks. Dabi will lead the division named Violet, which specializes in Guerrilla Warfare.
Himiko Toga will lead the division called Carmine, which will provide intelligence reports to the HQ. Lastly, Spinner and Compress will lead the division named Brown, which will act as a support to the entire organization.
Affected by Chisaki ridiculing the League of Villains for their unpreparedness, Tomura is taking things a lot more seriously with this new structure. With an army on his fingertips and a clear motive in mind, Tomura is going to declare an all-out war on the heroes soon enough.
However, just as Himiko and Twice acted as moles in the Shie Hassaikai arc, we may be seeing an internal breakdown in the LOV caused by the remnants of the Meta Liberation Army.
