Horikoshi’s Boku no Hero Academia released chapter 261, titled “High-ends,” on 16th February. The chapter revolved around Shiga’s attempted escape by letting a group of unstable high-end Nomus loose on Mirko.
The 12th issue of the Weekly Shounen Jump announced that the Boku no Hero Academia manga will be on hiatus till the 14th issue of the magazine. The 14th issue will be released on 1st March. The magazine gave no reason for the break.
The chapter starts with Mirko destroying Shiga’s life’s work in a single kick. Mirko calls for backup, but the others are pre-occupied because of an infestation of Nomus blocking their way. Mirko tries to kick Shiga to confirm that he is the real thing, but a Nomu with Twice’s quirk intervenes and saves him.
Shiga, in his desperation, commands all the unstable high-end Nomus to come out of their glass enclosures and take down the heroes. The Nomus start talking, and gang up on Mirko, ready to attack.
The next chapter of the series will be released on 1st March. Chapter 262 will most likely show us other scenes of the raid all over the country or the continuation of Shiga’s capture.
