My Hero Academia Heroes Rising Movie Updates

My Hero Academia has been exceedingly popular since its early days. The most intriguing part of MHA is how it manages to explore the aspects of being a hero and a villain better than the rest of the mainstream manga/anime.

Like always the franchise has something ‘Plus Ultra’ for you. MHA franchise will be releasing a new movie by the end of this year, and it is going to be super awesome. The film is scheduled on December 2019.

1. Release Date and Name

The movie is titled “My Hero Academia: HEROES RISING” and will release on December 20, 2019.

2. Movie Trailer

Even though there aren’t that many words in the trailer, it gives you a fair idea of numerous events in the film. Remember, the manga of this movie has sold over 250,000,000 copies!!! The expectations from this film are huge!

The trailer suggests that with All Might’s retirement, villains are getting increasingly organized every day and are planning something big very soon. It kicks off with the introduction of a new villain named Nine, who is considered to be the greatest villain so far.

“We are here because we are the only ones who can save and win!” – Izuku Midoriya.

This changes the tide of the trailer with the perfect amount of heroes backing him up. One thing was clear from the trailer and that was that Midoriya will be ‘Inheriting the will,’ yes that means he will be taking the mantle of One for All from All Might as the upcoming No 1 hero.

3. The Plot of the Movie

The film will supposedly be covering the events of pre-Internship arc. It seems like, after All Might’s retirement as a Symbol of Peace, villains are popping out of their holes. Because of all this, the greatest villain who was lurking behind the shadows will be making its appearance. His name is Nine, and his quirk and personality are unknown so far.

In this movie, Deku, Bakugo, Ochaco, Todoroki, and all the other members of Class A will make an appearance too. Class A will be once again combining its strength to beat a force of evil. Deku will be taking the first step towards taking the mantle of One for All and the Symbol of Peace.

It is believed that the heir to the villain All for One(archnemesis of All Might) will also be revealed. So the biggest question is who is going to inherit the role of villain boss. Tomura Shigaraki or Kai Chisaki aka Overhaul?

The Plot of My Hero Academia

My Hero Academia or Boku no Hero Academia is the story of a quirkless boy Izuku Midoriya and how he back the greatest hero alive. Midoriya, a boy who has been admiring heroes and their ventures since the day he was born, came into this world without a quirk. On one fateful day, he meets All Might the greatest hero of all time and discovers that he was quirkless as well. With his diligent attitude and unwavering spirit about being a hero, Midoriya manages to impress All Might and is chosen to be the heir to the power of One for All. Upon inheriting, he gets access to all the abilities of the No 1 hero.
